I think in the Florida case, LE were able to observe the customer's vehicle license plate to help give a lead as to who that they were. I suppose if someone were really cautious, they could somehow park a distance far enough away that LE wouldn't have cameras on your car. Haha, could always take a bus part of the way.

I think in the Florida cases they actually followed the drivers, pulled them over, and asked them for I'd and questioned them. I don't think it would do much just getting the license plate of the car you enter. You could say someone borrowed your car. Like if someone does a hit and run. If there aren't witnesses that can place you as the driver then they don't have evidence that you hit the person. Yes, your car was there, but who was driving?

Chanel retired and is enjoying life. Cindy is the new MS now, she is Chanel's sister. Nice and friendly. Wouldn't mind going a round with her. Did see Chanel there on my last visit, the 3 of us made small talk when I was leaving. Guess she helps out when she can?
