Damn, they really threw the book at him! Was it the t-shirt photos, or that he lied to them the first time they questioned him? I guess we will never know. I am shocked that this would happen to someone so experienced. I am fairly certain that most of the girls he posted about were clearly legal.

It's a scary proposition. He likely panicked when they asked him about her and lied. Then he tried to cover up that he lied, impeding the investigation. The lesson here is this: you never know what type of trouble some of. These people are in and whether they are being forced to engage in certain activity. Therefore, if any police officer ever comes to your home asking about somebody you saw it's best to get a lawyer before agreeing to answer.
Any questions. There's always plenty of time to consider what evidence they have against you, if any (or even if you're the subject of the investigation). What ever you do, don't lie. Be honest and say I'm afraid if I answer.

He got busted because he posted a photo on the internet of a teenage girl who was possibly being exploited by pimps. I don't recall if she was actually missing. The post drew LE and a federal investigation to his door and he initially denied any contact or knowledge of the girl which grew into an obstruction of justice conviction after he changed his story.

BC's fatal flaw was that he cultivated his own fame by publicizing his lifestyle so widely and explicitly. Regardless, I doubt he would have posted the pic or even contacted her if he was truly aware she was underage. I never met him but figured I'd meet him one day at Starz or King Henry. From whatever one can tell by reading posts here, he always came across as a fundamentally decent guy and very much a gentleman.

Actually, he was convicted of a sex act, although in a roundabout way. If you do more research, you will find that he was offered and accepted a plea deal. One key term of the plea deal is very much in line with the fact that they realize he had sex with the girl: he has to register as a sex offender upon release. If you search for the other cases similar to his, that stipulation isn't there. But it is for him. There was no way the feds were going to let him admit to it, and not get nailed for it.

I agree to an extent about the flaw. The flaw to me was that he thought the adoration showed to him by some on this site inflated his ego and made him think he was bigger than life. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. There is no such thing as a legendary or famous monger, because every man who does this has the same chance to bang the same women if they're putting themselves out there to be had. No fame in that.

This all should be a lesson to any monger: the moment you lose sight of the inherent risks in this game, the higher the chance of making a critical error that could impact your life forever.

Had those teachers pimped out the boys or stood between Feds and a boy-pimping ring it would have been much different for those ladies as well. There's a lot more to the story than statutory rape. That's the least of his issues and I'm not even sure that charge was used.

I'd chip in on his commissary the guy was always helpful to me. I know some guys had there problems with him but we were cool.

I'm no expert. And the worse heart sinking feeling one can possibly get is to have the po po pay you a visit and ask questions. Even when you know you have been set up, shut up or speak up. We are a nation of laws and hopefully justice.

Unfortunately, I have gained enough experience from the darkside to understand crooks. They will lie. Cheat. Steal. And when they get caught, they default to deny and cry. Next thing you know, they will try to use the system agaisnt you.

IMHO we should all learn from others. BC was a man. Both good and bad. He got caught up. Learn the lesson.
