So far, my experience on Snapchat has been terrible. Folowing postings to supposedly-local providers, I find they are distant or scams. Snapchat, as far as I can figure out, does not give any location filtering. One claiming to be in the Midwest, suddenly claimed to be downtown in LA and published a TGTBT menu. Next step after I failed to respond was to ask for "offers" for her services. I didn't respond and my assumption was that her next message would have been to ask for a deposit.

There are deposit scammers on every listing service and probably every social media venue.
