The study at the link below shows that vitamin K2 deficiency may be associated with age related decline in testosterone.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3180407/
"MK-4 stimulates testosterone production in rats and testis-derived tumor cells via activation of PKA. MK-4 may be involved in steroidogenesis in the testis, and its supplementation could reverse the downregulation of testosterone production in elders. Secreted testosterone levels from I-10 cells were elevated by MK-4 (an analogue of vitamin K2), but not by vitamin K1".

So it does seem to have that effect on me. Makes me wonder if other Nootropics might have the same effect.
Regarding GHB, that seems to be long gone from all all the supplement stores and online sites. I couldn't find any reliable foreign online suppliers. To be honest, I didn't really look too hard either.

You could also try phenibut, which is legal to purchase in the USA (for now). It is used to treat anxiety by prescription only in several other countries. It isn't an aphrodisiac per se but reduces inhibitions. I have tried this one. The effect was described as being drunk without being drunk, meaning elevated mood, confidence, outgoinfness, etc but without being stupid. I'd say that's an accurate deacription. And it does help you focus your desire and get horny. Be careful with this one as well as it can be habit forming after just a few days. I wouldn't use it more than 1 or 2 times a month personally.

I bought this light bulb on Amazon. Note that there are a ton of different lights and panels available and the one I bought is probably not the best. https://www.amazon.com/ABI-Light-The...1&keywords=red+led+grow+bulb&qid=1604927288&sr=8-67.
This and similar bulbs are larger and heavier than regular bulbs of similar wattage. I have two study lamps and the bulb was too big for the head one one lamp. It fit in the second but is too heavy and so the lamp falls over unless I place something on the base to hold it down.
In my first experiments I shone the light on my balls for about ten minutes for a couple days. I noticed some mild horny feelings after a couple days, but I soon forgot about the light after that.
Some weeks later I was taking a walk in a park on a clear summer day and remembered the original link here that discusses UV light and the author's report about sunbathing his balls. That article also reported a testosterone increase when the torso is exposed to UV light. So I took off my shirt and sinbathed for about 20 minutes. The next day I felt incredibly horny and soon found myself in an AMP. This renewed my interest is using the red light.
My new routine is to do about 10 minutes of the light on my balls and 10 minutes on my torso. I have been able to get a good effect from the red light. It is enough that you really notice. Strong horny feelings and thoughts, strong and spontaneous boners, taking more notice of attractive women when I see them, higher level of energy, less stressful mindset. All of these are effects of higher testosterone. I also notice that orgasms are more intense and I feel it in more of my whole body versus just in my cock. It's interesting because I remember that from when I was younger and forgot due to a gradual decline I guess.
Now the problem is that with the bulb and lamp I am using, it is difficult to get a consistent effect. The response seems is sensitive to the placement and distance to the light, and it is hard to tell if the light is hitting the right place.
Now that I believe the effect is real, I will fins a way to perfect the use of my light or invest in a better setup. I also want to combine this technique with better exercise, as I've really fallen off the wagon over the past year or two.

I am not looking for a testosterone enhancer exactly. I did the topical gel for a while, I didn't like the effect dosing of T takes on your stones. I am looking for something that is going to boost my libido, though. I sometimes use PDE5 inhibitors, they work great for 'sport'. I just want to be more interested.
Someone once told me what cocaine was like, and specifically mentioned that it just instantly made you want to have sex. I am not going to do any street drugs, but I wonder if there are any other things that act like cocaine does (adderrall? Other dopamine agonists?) that I could try out. My physiology seems a bit weird, who knows if something off the wall might work. But I'd like to give it a try.

Maybe you could just use sunlight, although neighbors could be prohibitive. My dad once made a hand held periscope out of wood and mirrors. Maybe there's a way to use something like that to more discreetly use sunlight.

https://pleijsalon.com/evidence-of-r...terone-in-men/
"exposing the torso or the testes to specific frequencies of light in the Red and Near-Infrared range has been shown to increase testosterone in men. In fact, studies related to the effect of light on the testes actually go back to the 1930's. In an initial study in 1939, it was found that men's testosterone levels went up by 120 percent when the participants' chests were exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. Even more impressive, their testosterone levels went up by a full 200 percent with UV exposure to the genital area. While most seek to limit their exposure to UV light due to its potential to cause cancer, this nearly 100-year-old study demonstrated the positive impact that natural light can have on testosterone production".
"A 2013 study in Biomedical Research examined the effect of light therapy on testosterone production in rats. This study found that light therapy at 670 nanometers (nm) increased the serum testosterone levels, with no noted side effects. Due to their findings, the researchers stated that red light therapy could potentially work as an alternative treatment method to traditional testosterone treatments. The positive results hold up in human trials as well. A 2016 randomized, placebo-controlled study conducted by the University of Siena evaluated men with a low sexual desire. It found that using light therapy generated a testosterone increase that resulted in better sexual satisfaction".

(Just Google "BioGaia Gastrus" to find a retailer.) Problem: There are only 100 million CFUs (live organisms) per tablet. I have not observed any substantial health benefits by ingesting the tablets. So I have been amplifying bacterial counts by making yogurt. The yogurt is thick, delicious, and contains a marked increase in bacterial counts. It is likely that trillions of CFUs are present (in one quart). People who consume 1/2 cup per day of this preparation are reporting the effects listed above".
Product: Custom Probiotics L. Reuteri Powder.

"Start with one adult scoop (0. 8 gram, 224 billion cfu's) of the probiotic powder first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (30 minutes prior to eating). Dissolve the powder in a glass of de-chlorinated water and drink it. The highest dosage we recommend is four adult scoops a day".

Lactobacillus reuteri: Key to youthfulness?
https://www.wheatbellyblog.com/2018/...-youthfulness/
"MIT and the University of Thessaloniki in Greece suggest that L. Reuteri strain in particularly may also yield some dramatic age-reversing effects. While supplementing experimental mice with this microbial species, the investigators noted that the mice began to appear younger in as little as one week".
"L. Reuteri supplementation increased blood testosterone levels in males dramatically (by up to 800% over the negligible levels seen in aged mice), as well as increasing testicular size and Leydig cell volume. (Leydig cells produce testosterone.) A reduction of Leydig cells and testicular size, along with a reduction in testosterone, are among the changes that occur in aging human males, effects associated with reduced libido, sexual interest / performance, increased visceral fat accumulation / weight gain, decreased muscle and bone density, and cognitive impairment. Was associated with greater physical activity and increased muscle mass".

I'm retirement age and during an annual exam, found I had very low testosterone a few years ago. I had little to no sex drive & energy. My doctor prescribed clomiphene citrate to give my low T a boost. It is really for women to boost their fertility, but has been found to raise low-T very well. I take half of a 50 mg tablet once a day. In about 6 weeks my low -T was gone and I tested 960 on a scale of 348-1197 for T Serum and 16.8 on a scale of 6. 6-18.1 Free T. Mood and sex drive really improved. I pay around $15/ month at Costco. Do a internet search for more info. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than all the false claims at the vitamin / health food stores and it really worked for me. http://shiramillermd.com/blog/clomid...ternative.html.

During this time I noticed I was horny. More that normal. Much more that normal. Normal for me is 2-3 wk. During this time I was doing it 6-8 times a week! I didn't get it why I was feeling like this. But looking back I can now put 2 and 2 together and see that it was probably the celery. So yeah, I would recommend it for increasing sex drive / libido in a natural (and cheap) form. It definitely had some good side effects for me.
