Yes, that is exactly what is going on. If a girl has a. Edu email address they get free premium. Otherwise they have to pay or "work" for it.

Some of the bennies that the ladies get from premium are:

See if a message has been read or not.

Exclude non-Premiums from your search.

Identify a Premium SD even on their profile.

Filter for income levels.

Search exclusively for married / single guys (if that's important to you).

Filter for relationship, ethnicity, Lifestyle Budget.

Just don't ever discuss money with anyone from that site until you are communicating with them outside that site (by text or email). That goes the other way and if a girl hits me up for money in a PM I just block them.

A lot of the girls on those sites "work" for a premium membership by acting as a moderator or administrator. And a lot of those girls aren't above snooping in your PMs and using their power to ban you if you piss them off.

There are a lot of scammers on those sites, and they seem to come through in waves. If the girl is too cute, too young, or too far away I won't have high expectations.
