YELP is reporting that Welcome Inn on Prairie in Inglewood has CLOSED. Google Maps Street View still shows the Welcome Inn sign on the building.

I have no info as to when it closed or if it will re-open.

Crystal Inn is still OPEN, however, it's hardly an hourly place. Rooms start at $70 per night. It looks like a brand new place.

Please note that Google Maps Street View shows the Crystal Inn from the side on the Century Freeway offramp for Prairie Avenue, not the view from Prairie Avenue, itself.

Best deal for a complete overnight stay in the LAX area is the Tradewinds on Century. $40 per night with a coupon from a free coupon book found at Denny's in the lobby entrance of the restaurant. Have also seen this coupon book at California Interstate Rest Stops in the newspaper racks. Check Denny's lobby and newspaper racks.

I recently used the La Siesta Motel on Firestone just off of Lakewood in Downey for an afternoon hook up. It was $35 for "a few hours", no I'd check, decent clean room, partially hidden from the street. Stayed 2 hours, no issues, I'd recommend it for the area.

Thanks for both of those. Been using the Snooty Fox in LA for a while and needed somewhere a little closer since I'm in Torrance.

Mirror Motel is on Wilmington Ave and 113th in LA. Yes it has mirrors everywhere; ceiling, walls you name it.

Take the 105 fwy and head north on Wilmington Ave. Conveniently located for the Fig and L.be. Blvds strolls.

$15 for 2 hrs or $20 for 3 hrs. Hot looking Indian woman managing the Motel.
