Kinda like any type of institution, you get out as much as you put in. And HX is the same. The resources are there to play as safe as you can, and if you don't use it, well, not much can be done for you.

Also need to keep in mind the type of people you are dealing with, 99.9% of them are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

Even if you are -5 Level and have zero points, you can still receive and read messages, but if you want to reply, you have to buy more points. But yeah queenofheartz aka old pornstar Teagan Riley has several archived negative blogs and reports inside the Safety First Club but you can't read them unless you are invited.
