Still waiting for the Enclave replacement. The Brea location was opened before the Enclave closure. It's pretty far from Costa Mesa where they are still using hotels there. It is further away than the historic 55/91 location and not too far from Rowland Heights and Diamond Bar where many c-orgs are.

The Brea location is near the Brea mall. It is styled like the Irvine location, a mega apartment city. There's only one there occupying a city block perhaps. Next to it are business blocks good enough for multinational corporations so you may have plenty of parking instead of taking the trouble to drive inside. The foot entrance is obvious and styled like a commercial building with glass doors. The intercom is the familiar one with a wall of shit text but all the #s and *s won't work. Out of frustration, I pressed the Call button and then the code. It seemed to work.

I never found the lift because I walked in when the lift should be at the back near the parking lots. I just walked randomly into the apartment corridors and walked one level up the stairs. There are plenty of glass doors. I was afraid the next one would trigger the alarm. Although I walked past many identical doors, I almost pressed one of the doorbells because I thought it was the lift.

Like the Irvine location, you can see a long row of doors in the corridor like a large hotel. It's pretty daunting if you live there. Whereas in Enclave it's very green and you can enjoy the open air walking to the 3rd floor. You can see at most a few doors all at once. The good thing is, the Brea location looks brand new. So maybe they have a good deal.

Maybe due to the lack of furniture, curtains, or the layout, for the first time, I wasn't afraid someone would jump me. I could see the whole living room but I couldn't tell what the living rooms looked like in the 55/91, Enclave, and Irvine locations, just darkness.

The en suite bathroom is pretty big. It's like two rooms, one for the shower, no tubs. Everything is designed for practicality. The floor is probably vinyl for fake wood planks. The shower wall is vinyl for fake white tiles. Everything is new so I'm ok. But the stupid thing is the showerhead with no alternatives. It's a modern style that is big but the water pressure doesn't do it justice. It's actually an advantage because you can do a little bit of rinsing without washing your hair. The shower room is big enough for you to put your head out of the way. Maybe I should bring a handheld showerhead and my plumbing tools next time.
