I don't see the connection. But I normally don't think like you anyway.
Guys,
What you are seeing is another good reason to never "pay" for sexual relations. Thanks Billy C. For teaching me the difference. I have stated this once before. Wait until AFTERWARDS to present any greenery. A good reason exists for why it has been like this for ages. This protects the male and female. Oh yeah, possession is 9/10ths of the law. Once you bring it out and place it available in any shape, form, or fashion, your ass belongs to your favorite uncle. Learn the law, and do not break it. Happy Plowing.
Bluford.
I don't know how giving the money up front vs. After the deed will have anything to do with this law? If you don't think that money in your pocket or money in your car can't be used as evidence it will. The way you handle the transaction is to enter the room and place the money on the table like your just clearing out your pockets and NEVER mention it. If the girl picks it up and start counting it and ask you what it is for you tell her you want her to model some clothes for you, or do a sexy dance for you, and then you walk away. The only thing I could ever see about not giving money up front would be to start an argument you would and could not win. If she starts complaining loudly about wanting the money it could only be bad. Sure the girl could rip you off, but the little money she takes that day would be small change to what could happen if there is a loud argumant and leo gets involved. Bottom line is, do your research and don't ignore bad reviews just cause your little head really wants a certain provider. And when it comes time to meet a provider for the first time play it cool and act like your there to cheat on your wife or girlfriend but not paying for it and never, ever, ever discuss the money or what the money is for. Possession is 9/10ths of the Law
Guys,
If you have no money in public, you can be charged with vagrancy. The money in your possession (car or wherever is deemed your possession) cannot be used against you, unless you bring other funds out in the open. Removing funds from usual safekeeping location signifies intent, which is half of the general's argument. Placing money off your person is a transfer of possession from you to whomever is responsible for the premises / location. Thus, your ass belongs to the State. For the sweeties, a LEO can legally transfer possession of funds to you, which is part of the general's argument of intent on your part with acceptance. This is not entrapment. This how most of the BP and other girls were busted in October and November because LEO was using narcotics as the bait, and the promotion charge was just icing. Guys, I have said it before, leave the narcotics elsewhere, and do not break the law. If a girl becomes belligerent about funds in your possession, leave the location. You have lost nothing. Happy Plowing.
Bluford.

Bluford.
I am just too lazy to fool with providing a link to back this up but since you seem to have time to write whole pages on mongering you should have time to find it. The new law only applies to "UNDER AGE PROSTITUTION" which I would hope all here have common sense to avoid. Dang just go look at the new bills on the TN. Gov web site.

Hmmm.
Time for a new burner phone.
Don't try this at home, or anywhere else IMHO

This seems to be a popular way for rich folks to go, and a few local board members / providers are playing with fire.
Play safe.
Consentual sex is a crime, killing 100-million babies is not, USA USA USA!

They waste thousands of dollars on these nonsense stings, destroy people's lives for $500 fines and they call it "justice." Stop this nonsense and go after the gang bangers and dope dealers, not a few down on their luck women trying to make ends meet, and the men who are doing what everyone that can does. Legaize the business, tax it and leave people alone that aren't hurting others. We are pretty much the only western nation in the world that considers it a crime today.
It's a sad day when real crime is running rampant in our city and our Police have time to set up a sting using a young good looking female officer as bait to arrest people for a victimless crime. And we need more officers according to the chief, for what, the ones we have are either not doing their jobs or are over aggressive to the point they have to resign. GO AFTER THE ROBBERS, SHOOTERS and HOME INVADERS.
That is so stupid. Go after the real crime.
It really is ridiculous and imo, its entrapment to set them up this way. Ruin lives because they're easy picks.
Honestly if two adults want to engage in a consensual encounter, what business is it of ours? I personally wouldn't do it, but people have their reasons.
Why is this even illegal? 2 consenting adults. Leave it alone.
Last name parton, ummmmmmmmmmmmmm, really funny how people seem to have to pay for sex,
They aren't paying for sex. They pay for her to go away afterward.
