N is nice looking compared to what has been there lately, but she's no Vanessa Lam (inside joke for BP'ers). Probably early to mid 30's, but that's not necessarily a bad thing for a Viet.
Jd
Thanks for the great report. Who is this Vanessa Lam?
On Thursday at lunch time I went for the second time to that AMP, my first time there was good, .40 to get in and. 40 HE, this time I wasn't that lucky, as soon as I got in there was a guy talking to MMS, I realized it was a different girl than last time, I got into the room and a younger girl came in and the first thing she did was to cover all my body with a blanket! I thought WTF WTF, it was too late to walk out, I didn't even have a chance to touch her, anyway, I just tried to enjoy the massage, she was telling me there is a new owner (that's why all the BS) and they had opened one day before LOL, I am not sure if they will try to run as a legit place.
I reviewed this place in April, I got a massage that caused me to have pain for 3 days, and no decent extras, all I got was chick have me a hand job. Every time I go by there no one was there so they opened 2 places in the building and changed the signs, so did not try. Do not fall for this one guys it was the worse one ever for me all around walked out with less money and in pain, nothing good about this place at all, go to CC or the pet Hospital!

Events in SP
There has been a lot of chatter about a rash of business closures in SP. So I made a detour this weekend to check things out. I want to make observations about two of the places that closed. And yes, I have visited them when they were in business.
One of the places that closed had a table shower table in the shower room. From what I understand, the city strictly prohibits TS. At the other place, in the past I have observed a mattress in one of the offices. There was bedding (sheets and blankets) on the mattress, and once I saw someone sleeping in there. I don't know if there was someone living in the space, or if it was a recovery room for the staff. I can't say if here was a "crack down", but I suspect that an inspection that caught these infractions may have given cause.
Since I'm here, I have also noticed chatter about not sharing info when requested via PM. Let me share my 2-cents. A coupe of months ago, I posted a review. Suggestive. But not incriminating. A couple of people PM'd asking questions. I looked at the number of post these personalities had, and the content of their post. I felt safe enough to answer their questions. Next thing I know, the place I reviewed was closed and hasn't re-opened since. Coincidence? It just explains why reviewers exercise caution.

I don't know which individuals had queried you, but I'd suggest it to be a coincidence. LE is not likely hooked into code enforcement, at least not in the way that would result in a cooperative enforcement action. Both would likely jockey for the shutdown.
Most of the places that I have seen, had a bed of sorts for the girls to relax between clients.
It seems that a annual or bi-annual inspection has taken place, which resulted in a number of places being closed all at once. What causes these code enforcement inspections, I'm not really sure.
I know that business need to submit to periodic Fire inspections.
I knew a Fire Captain, he was one of the parents on one of the organized sports teams that one of my children belong to. I had asked him the question, what did the Fire authority do, when they found something kind of hinkey. He responded that they shared this information with the law enforcement agency that was responsible for the area.
I've worked in private buildings for nearly 30 years. I don't recall code enforcement ever coming in. The fire authority, depending on the city, came by on a periodic basis. So, I'd suggest they are ultimately responsible for the start of these closures.
Anyone else have similar or dissimilar experiences?

MMS told me that she wasn't sure if they were going to open for customers that day because the Fire Department was over there doing some inspections. I thanked her for giving me the heads up and went elsewhere that day.

Thanks CV
Nadia is the best looking one there. She is FS, they are just careful, if its your first time you need to make all the moves first. Once she likes you, you can do her at her place. She's real good at FS, doesn't just lay there, but she does like to be on her back while you slam her. She's game for a good F. Again thats the one you want, just have to make the moves your first time. She sucks a good dick too, lots of slurping and tongue.
Thanks for the above definitely going back.

Anyone else have similar or dissimilar experiences?
The list of rules for massage establishments in Irvine, is 2 pages long. Most of the places don't even tell the landlord that they are doing massage. I'm guessing these places didn't get that list.

I must have personally closed over 120 AMPs from details I have posted over the years. Hello? If that was true this forum would not exist. You can not control what goes on. You can not stop A-holes from screwing up good places. You can not stop LE from getting BBBJ and FS before they shut the place down.
Thats just how it goes.

Same here
I have to wonder how Lerrena's famous place is doing. The ultimate UTR location, home of our favorite MMS. I haven't been in months due the non and semi pro game, but it is a great MP and I'd hate to see us lose it.
Been months for me too and I'm actually in the area for once. Haven't seen the Princess either for 8 months now. I think I'll call her up and see if the place is still open. Hate to lose the place.

I thought it was closer to 150 places? Gez, anyone thinks that this forum is the root of all the closures anywhere is living in lalaland.
LE will close places based on complaints for the most part. Now if we complain about lousey service here, perhaps LEO will do us a favor. Do all the LEOs that read this, can you please bust all the places with shitty service so we dont have to put up with them anymore?
PC out

PC out
LOL! I have to agree from a logical perspective. For 150 reasons, it makes no sense whatsoever that LE would rely on a site like this for any leads. Still, dudes get creeped out when the pig pen is unleashed on a spot they've hyped in particular. That has now happened to me with 4 different MPs and it makes me want to shut my big fucking mouth. So peculiarly, of the joints I keep under tight info control, I can't think of a one of them that has gone off the map since I started patronizing them.
Maybe the problem is the secondary effect. Places that get popular here get popular period and the high traffic is noticed and leads to the kind of community complaints that leads to LE harassment.

LE Investigations
If you research my posts, you see that until recently I believed the same thing. But I saw the court filings for all the places at Fair and Harbor that were closed a couple of months ago. (They're available online) While they didn't mention this site by name the documents stated that LE targeted individual providers based on Internet reviews. (Mostly Mp reviews. Com)

Undoubtedly true. LE would be crazy not to use this site or the others to help prioritize their potential subjects for investigation. Why not go after the low hanging fruit first.
Having said that, I'd suggest there are probably numerous vectors that would start an investigation, some of which we have seen played out in the local newspaper.
#1. I'd guess is complaints from neighboring tenants. We've seen that one at least a couple of times in recent years.
FD inspections, City Council, Election years, changes in zoning, Federal investigations, Health Department, Tax issues, wives that just found out where the rent money went.
I think we all get the idea. I believe I can cite an instance for nearly all of these. Most of us here long enough can.
So, I suppose I'd continue my usual logic as seen in the past. What we write here doesn't make any difference, so long as it is written somewhere else. If we expose a an establishment that is unknown to all of the other review sites and other forums, then we are making a difference in their security.
If it is written elsewhere about an establishment, then what we write here is just one more nail in the coffin that will be eventually shut.
Undoubtedly true. LE would be crazy not to use this site or the others to help prioritize their potential subjects for investigation. Why not go after the low hanging fruit first.
But it is also true that if this particular site went away for good this afternoon, it wouldn't have the slightest impact on LE. It's a "the barn door is open and the horses are out" kind of situation isn't it? Unless every MP review site goes away, and BP and all the internet advertising vehicles that these businesses use goes away, and the print ad rags go away, LE has more than they could ever use to work with. Pretty simple. As long as we know where to go to get action, so will the VICE PIGS know where we are getting it. So the bottom line is an outlaw industry operating out of storefronts and similar venues would need to go deep underground and the industry would radically contract. The reviews will always be there and the ads will always be there. Necessary from both ends for business to be conducted at all and the LE game is a cost of doing business.
Few MP providers other than some who may be subject to deportation are likely to face any serious criminal charges and they and even the mamas just move around when a place closes. In contemporary SoCal, most "enforcement" is of code, licensing and tax violations. Or having too many condoms on premises or too many girls working at a time. Like the multipage list of rules and regulations mentioned by another poster.
