How does he or she or anyone know that *he* infected her?
I am not sure, but I think the wife's routine doctor or gynecological exam or tests turned it up. The wife, my sister-in-law, has suspected this guy of cheating for years. Of course she is still with him.

WebDog,
Thank you for the information. It is very helpful. I appreciate it.

I feel for her. I also feel bad about this. I do not consider mongering cheating (not that my wife would agree, but I consider it along the lines of stripclubs and AMPs, it is an alternative to cheating as I using a service, not creating a relationship). But I have been concerned about the risk of bringing something home. When it comes to HPV, the answer seems to be avoid FS of any kind. Everything else, a condom will suffice. BBBJ tho is not that risky (for the receiver at least).

Web, I'd stick with the CDC when it come to STD/STI transmission information - not some cancer association or the Cook County medical office or wherever it was that you got your info...
It's like getting a very bad diagnosis from a doctor and you keep going to different doctors until you find one that tells you what you want to hear.
BBBJ is a great way to get HSV or HPV. You can also get HSV or HPV from a handjob.

That is not at all true. I have never found anything other than very ambiguous data which said HPV was easily spread through oral sex -- not for female-to-male transmission. Most CDC studies combine gay sex and lots of other factors which should not be lumped into the same group.
You must have had some strange vows.
you are getting a bit personal here bringing up my wedding vows -- but at any rate I said my wife would NOT agree with my own personal justification for mongering.

Add all that up and it would mean that if you have had 3 CBJs in your life, you virtually guaranteed to have HPV. So what's the difference? I will admit that I am also paranoid when I get a BBBJ and I feel like I am being prudent when I get a CBJ -- but statistically I am not sure there is a huge difference other than maybe with HSV. But even the CDC says female-to-male transmission of HSV through oral sex is a rarity.
Why the fuck would anyone MONGER if they are worried about getting an STD??? You could get killed walking your doggie.
CLAPP IS BAD,SYPH,IS WORSE,USE YOUR HAND AND SAFETY FIRST!
FUCKING UNREAL,

Web, look at all the people who get cold sores - oral herpes. Doesn't seem like a rarity to me.
If she's sucking your wang and has an oral herp more then likely you are going to end up with a genital one. The reverse also being true.
There is also a condition know as whitlow herpes, which is herpes of the finger (no, I'm not making this shit up). So if you get an uncovered jack job from a working girl who has it..guess what...
You must figure all all all gals have something so use universal precautions at all times!!! If u don't who is the dickhead now right.
I would hope by now all people know there are things you will never want to take home with you.Pay to play? could be a death sentence.TARP THAT LOAD BOYS.

I can't say from personal experience the likelihood of getting HPV or HSV via-a-vis mouth-to-dick transmission. The thing that is scary, however, is that CDC says condoms won't protect against HPV -- so CFS is just as dangerous (or at least is not altogether safe).

B.B...
By saying universal protection, do you mean like those Full Body condoms, Lesley Nealson and Pricilla Presley wore in the Nakid Gun Movie?
