Saigon activity easy surveillance
I meant risk of getting fined or busted, not the risk of catching the virus, though I'm sure that would be high too, at least for a customer. The governor said she would fine certain businesses that remained open. Maybe that was just bars. If plazas are shut down but people are going in and out of massage parlors. Seems like an attention grabber to me. That's all.
Further, I wonder what the police will do to enforce the executive order.
Ferndale PD can easily monitor Saigon's alley entrance from their location less than a block away. Parking lot activity as well as patrons coming and going. That's one place I would steer clear of to avoid confronting LE on my way out.
Saigon open only part time
[Saigonisshutdown.QUOTE=Blazer1;4711363]Bars and restaurants only places forced to shutdown and obviously places were large gathering occurs. So as and salons are still allowed to operate legally for now, but that will change soon complete lockdown coming in a week or two I'm guessing.
A reliable source has informed me that Saigon is now open on a part time basis. Perhaps on a 3 day / week basis. Go to the website below for a contact number. Tiffany will answer eventhough she may not be there. As you stated, could be full closure coming up. Remember also that you will not be praticing social distance guidelines.
