Just wondering why the big disconnect
I have to admit that I did not weigh her, I was just going by what she told me when I questioned the 160 pounds. So, who is going to marry her to keep her around? Bill Ho
If she is in serious immigration trouble and booked for offering to commit prostitution + practicing health care without a license, why is she continuing to advertise? If it were me, I'd keep a low profile. She is really pushing her luck.

Thanks for the explanation
Normally, a first arrest for prostitution is a misdemeanor with a $250 bond. But, because it was in conjunction with her other charge of practicing health care without a license which is a felony, the prostitution charge also becomes a felony. That is why many girls will advertise body rubs instead of massage. Nothing illegal about giving someone a body rub and getting paid for it. But you need a license to give a massage whether or not you charge for it. Obviously an exception would be made for giving a massage to your spouse, loved one, family, etc. I actually encountered this at an AMP in Tampa that used to be on Florida Ave. just north of Bearrs. After going in, the lady who greeted me told me "girl who give massage not here, I give you body rub". At the time, I had no idea what a body rub was, so I declined. Later I realized she was only protecting herself. LE could have arrested her for being unlicensed. Had Jantana known the difference and advertised body rubs, her prostitution charge would have only been a misdemeanor and she would be sitting home right now instead of facing deportation. What a shame. I never saw her, but all reports on here portrayed her as a nice woman.
I understand you wouldn't want a amateur pretending to be a cancer doctor and giving out candy pills so unlicensed practice of heath care is a felony.
Seems like unlicensed practice of massage shouldn't be a felony though. What is the worst that could happen? Someone is rubbed the wrong way? Why that is a felony is beyond me.
