Clip-joints, scams, rip-offs
Clip-joint: noun (slang) 1. a bar or restaurant charging outrageously high prices while failing to deliver promised services; 2. an establishment to which a Las Vegas taxi driver wishes to take you for the purpose of having a good time.
Clip-joints thrive in the shadow of the resort corridor known as The Strip. This is a thread for outing them and all the other cheesy devices for separating men from their assets that made this town what it is. One of the most infamous is the "Can Can Room" but there are so many that it is hard to keep up with them, and what so many have in common is that they rely on a unique species of local reptile known as a Vegas taxi driver to procure most of their business [PsyberZombie, I believe that would be your cue to enter from stage left] because, to put it politely, they don't rely on repeat business. There are tens of thousands of fresh pigeons flying in every day, and as long as the drivers are in their pocket they can empty your wallet and toss you out with yesterdays trash if you do not protect yourself and your property from them.
Time to Switch to De·Caf , Dude !!
WebCams does not suffer being ripped off in Clip Joints lightly =
In the end crazy mongers don't go for this game and wait for them to close then vandalize the shit out of the place, they pump Krazy Glue into all there locks, bust windows and spray paint derogatory comments onto the walls, they stuff toilets full of paper and other materials stuffing them up so bad they need a plummer, I have even heard of guys finding the electrical, phone, and gas panels and shutting them off as well as the water. In the end if you run a scam it will bite you in the ass. Here's to hoping they piss off the wrong guy, Cheers.
Why not just Torch the place and be done with it ??
Any·wayz , I would strongly advise that you NOT let a cab driver recommend a Las Vegas Club to ya , W•C
