Supereloquent's Reports - Philadelphia
I've been to the K and follow it. I see girls but where the hell do you pull over non chalantly? It seem you have to walk the K to meet the girls. And once I've made a connection, where do I find a notel? I yet to notice one.
I've searched through the posting but have yet to decepher where these notels are. It obvious CJ has a place. But for us morals new to the K were oh where.
Thanks, I'd appreciate some direction on and off line.
I am surprised that someone who has made as many postings as you doesn't yet know the basics. There is plenty of information both in these threads and postings as well as general tips for mongers on this site to give you a wealth of information, if you bothered to read it. There is no such thing as pulling over "non-chalantly." Doing so is an invitation for any nearby LE to take note of you. The best strategy is to scout an area where there seem to be promising prospects and park one or several blocks away and make the stroll on foot. This avoids both the attention of LE as well as gives you a chance to observe the talent up close to see if the SW appeals visually and personality wise. As far as notels are concerned, most of the SWs have their own arrangements. If it is someone you don't know and/or haven't been with before I would be wary of a place they would choose. There are all kinds of possible dangers lurking in such situations. If you want a neutral and safe place, try the Carlylse, the details of which are noted in several recent threads. Do your homework and look for it. And be safe out there.
The Law and Victimless "Crime"
Two blocks away from K and Ontario there's been 2 killed and one wounded in 3 months, and LE is more concerned about chasing mongers and their dates on the Avenue. I guess it's safer arresting ne'erdowells for victimless crimes, than going after real criminals.
I firmly believe that all victimless "crime" (including but not limited to prostitution and drugs) should be legalized. As a society we spend over $50, 000 per year each incarcerating people for prostitution and minor drug offenses and they make up more than 70% of the prison population! Wouldn't we be better off paying these people a stipend to be productive and useful citizens? And think of all the law enforcement resources we use up trying to find and prosecute these "criminals. " We would be much better off focusing on REAL crimes against persons and property such as beatings, shootings, robbery and murder, all of which go relatively unsolved and prosecuted. It is easier to find the poor prostitutes and drug users and dealers on the bottom of the totem pole and overfill our prisons and have to build more of them.
We tried once to make something illegal (booze) and discovered that if people want to do something badly enough they will do it whether it is "illegal" or not. And alcohol is a FAR greater threat to each and every one of us when drunks get behind the wheel and kill people, compared to drugs and SWs.
It is unlikely anyone would get elected on a political platform espousing the above, but not because it isn't logical or right. But imagine having a nice warm house for the poor freezing SWs we see on the Ave this winter, where they could have their own rooms, hot healthy food and drug rehabilitation treatment; and an environment where the "business" is regulated sanely and the girls are clean/bathed and tested for diseases.
Would this be better? For the SWs? Probably. However, one might get mixed reviews from the mongers. I have seen where this is practiced legally (to name a few: Nevada, Amsterdam, Campo Allegre in Curacao). In Nevada the prices are outrageous, the girls are generally not very good looking and the attitudes and service are generally far below average. In Amsterdam the prices vary with the "merchandise" but the attitudes and service are generally outstanding. In Campo Allegre, one has the best of all worlds: great variety, great prices, great attitudes and great service; AND the girls are bathed and checked regularly for disease, not to mention that they have their own very clean rooms and there are strip joints and bars in the "compound. " (Let me know if you want more details; I consider this a monger's paradise and well worth the trip for a warm vacation in winter; PLUS gambling is also legal on the island and there is a quaint Dutch town there <Willemstad which reminds one of old Europe in the Caribbean).
