It seems they've fired a bunch of their gals lately, starting with Olivia. Sounds like they're only going with the real money makers. Sounds more like a corporate mentality than an escort agency.
Where are you getting your intel from? How do you know they were fired and not quit?
If you don't like their business model, do not use them then. I see nothing wrong with them getting rid of under performers. I pay top $ and I want good performers.

As for saying the agencies have a corporate mentality, it was only an observation, not a criticism. If there were as many independent hot young hoofers in the area as there are working for local agencies I'd love it because there'd be fewer restrictions on time, etc. Just one guy's opinion.

For one, how many 19 yr old girls have a credit card. Even if they do, most hotels won't let a 19 yr old check in. Also, most of the agency girls are in college, just trying to have less student loans when they graduate. They don't have the time to do the screening.
Personally, I prefer to deal with an agency like mce. As I posted before, there were times where I would shoot them a text and an hour later I would be knocking on the hotel door to see one of their girls.

The girls do all the physical work yet the booker nor the owner spreads their legs.
It may be a standard for the industry but it should be more in my opinion.

These young girls could never make the kind of money they do going solo because they lack the savvy, ambition and resources for screening, etc. Not that there weren't young solo young hot hoofers in the Good Olde Days, but since the tightened restrictions in the name of trafficking, screening has become a much bigger deal than it ever was, it's less possible to go it alone for these young ones. It's just that agencies McDonald's-like efficiency takes its toll by depriving the hobby of some of the spontaneity and fun. These gals are scared stiff of MCE bosses and except for some of their top money makers, need to live up to assembly line standards or risk getting canned. Even their most popular gals jump when their cell phone timers go off at EXACTLY the one hour mark. Some fun ain't it?

Not all agencies are like that. But for this reason and for the post saying how the girls are terrified of the bosses and the timer is why I won't use some agencies around here. I get it doesn't bug some of you, and rock on.
It's why I had to stop using Angelli's when it was Kelly's. A couple girls told me they were leaving cause the owner was rough and kept threatening to get more 'inventory' if they didn't keep us coming back.
It's a boner killer for me.
It seems they've fired a bunch of their gals lately, starting with Olivia.
One of the other girls told me she got fired for causing drama with a client.
Sounds more like a corporate mentality than an escort agency.
That's what I'm looking for, at these rates -- I want the kind of service a regular business will give me.

That is $200 per hour. To make $100K a year, she needs to see 500 guys (assuming all are 1 hour appt). That is like 10 guys a week. Top performers easily see more than that. All this math is not counting any tips guys might give them. And let's not forget this is all tax free money. How many 20 yr old girls can make $100K a year without opening their legs?
While I feel very bad that they have to do this to pay for college, at the same time nobody is putting a gun to their heads.
As for your comment on the timer, I actually don't have an issue with that. Isn't that better than being shorted on time? Just read the posts on this site. How many guys complain about not getting the full time that they paid for? We all know about the timer going in. And mce is not the only agency to use timer. As I said in the other post, the solution is simple. Don't use agencies if you don't like them. It's really that simple.
Finally, this is econ 101. Basic supply and demand. Agencies exist because there is demand out there.

If customers are not happy, then they will stop using their service. An agency just like any business will either have to adopt/change or it will go out of business.
This kind of open discussion is good as I am sure all agencies monitor this site. Constructive feedbacks are good for everyone.

We say 50% split is unfair but in a regular business, the companies always make more than 60% of the profits. I also know that two girls have told me that they get higher cut than the agency. And finally, multiple girls have told me that the Agency pays for the rooms.
I am new to Chicago agencies and I started using that agency more than the other one based on how good you all spoke of them. I find it confusing how we all know that their strictness is for our benefits but want to rant. Please show me a perfect agency and I will give them my money.

Would you say that the girls want extra time with us and that They woud totally hang out with us for free? They jump because of fear and not because time is money?

Perhaps they should be getting 60% or more in return. 2 girls make more than agency? How is that fair for the other girls?

How is that fair for the other girls?
If the girls remain at the agency I would think it means they are happy so let's not be saviors or saints. I usually tip generously so whenever we feel their are victims of the agency, let's open our wallets and not just complain. I for one enjoy the variety and the option of having a one stop shop. The fact that two girls have told me they make 60% split means I don't know how many more. But how is this our business? When a girl cancelled on me last minute, there was a girl responding trying to accommodate for me. Who am I to question the value of the back end work that goes on. When something goes wrong, they juggle the drama and act accordingly. I think that if we can afford this extra curricular activity we most likely are busiensss men that need to understand the value of a business. Based on the agencies I use here in LA and in Chicago, the Good agencies seem to do things similar. I don't think I know more than them becuase it's not my industry expertise. Why do we complain here yet the girls all seem completely happy and work with the agencies voluntarily?
