The same reason why cops can't go around offering drugs for people to buy, they can't only bust on possession, but it's illegal for a cop to sell to you. It's one thing if an undercover cop is standing on the street and the John initiates the contact and conversation, but for the cops to advertise and bait these guys into a trap. Seems illegal to me.
Heard a great report on CBS6news last night. The charges for the Bennington massage places were dropped because in VT, prostitution is defined as "sexual intercourse" hahahaha. Didn't realize it was such a progressive state.
Sorry tried to find the link on WRGB site but that site is terrible, so slow and cluttered.

After all, who is the judge going to believe- a 'john' busted for patronizing a prostitute or a 'decorated police officer' with 20+ yrs on the job. So it has to be that way, but you get fucked over by the cops and court systems enough times and you begin to see the futility of that situation.
Peace.

Hence a pig hiding in the bushes clocks you at 90 mph is NOT entrapment. A female pig acting like a hooker to catch john is again NOT entrapment. Hope this helps I do little else on this board.
Ps some states allow pigs to sell drugs

It's just good public policy, recidivism rates being what they are.

[blue][Arrest/Conviction/Incarceration/Release Report deleted by Admin][/blue]
EDITOR'S NOTE: [blue]This report was deleted because it was a report regarding an individual who was arrested / charged / awaiting trial / convicted / awaiting sentencing / incarcerated / released / on probation for engaging in commercial sex activities or any other non-violent crime.
The "report" was apparently posted with the sole intention of embarrassing and humiliating this individual.
I want to say this carefully so no one gets the wrong idea: Posting the names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status and/or the release dates of people who have been arrested for engaging in commercial sex activities is somewhat heartless and really just helping the police in their efforts to embarrass these people.
Since this website is all about assisting people in obtaining commercial sex services, we don't want to add to the problems of the unfortunate people who have been arrested by publishing their names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status, or release dates.
Thanks![/blue]
"The "report" was apparently posted with the sole intention of embarrassing and humiliating this individual."
Believe me it was not my intention at all to em bare ass anyone. Don't know him or her, never been to that house.
Just wanted to make people aware of the recent happenings and to stay away.
Umm. Why have a section called "news and media reports" if you cannot post stories that are in the news?
Anyway sorry about that.
You may want to delete post #9.
Somehow it was left in
[blue]The title of the post was, "Another one bites the dust" so yeah, your intent was to embarrass.
Don't send anymore messages in the threads.

Canada's Supreme Court strikes down anti-prostitution laws.
The unanimous decision — a victory for sex workers who had argued that some measures made their profession more dangerous — found that bans on brothels and street solicitations were unconstitutional. Canada's Parliament has one year to respond before the decision takes effect.

The prohibition was that there could be no soliciting in the streets or one couldn't operate a "brothel." Otherwise it was a go for it attitude.
That's part of the reason why it is relatively cheap in Montreal, lots of competition. Also, in the "old days" (about 7-10 years ago) the exchange rate was awesome for us. I remember employing 2 ladies for two hours for under $300. Ahh the good old days.
