Just saw this spa looks like a new place on Joppa Rd. ? In Wood Haven shopping plaza there is a Basket Robbins and a bagel shop there also. First time I noticed it could not miss it with the signs has anyone been here Yet?? It's in the 2200 block of Joppa Road right on the corner of the small shopping center. Signs says open 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.
It's actually called Best Reflex Spa at 2318 C East Joppa Road in Parkville. Can't find anything about it but looks like it might be strictly legit.
