Inflation and the Price of Sex
Here is the definition of the Consumer Price Index (Inflation) from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics:
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is a measure of the average change over time in the prices paid by urban consumers for a market basket of consumer goods and services.
If you take a look at that list of goods and services, the price of sex isn't on it. So this exercise of using the CPI to complain that some women are not justified in raising their price is just ridiculous. They set a price, and see if they can get it. You may not agree that they are worth that price, but they seem to be getting along just fine without your business.
