STD Warning... DT and Central
This news comes from a good source... A while back I mentioned S in the DT area...
Now, I understand both The G and the S words are making a comeback in both DT and Central Oahu.
Be safe out there folks.
use your raincoats... a storm is coming!
Please! No more reports (on anything!) from unnamed sources!

Brother LS, with all due respect, if you want to be taken seriously, then please don't be vague. If your source is a good one, then name it! Without naming it, we have no basis on which to evaluate it other than your word. And since you're a relatively new member with a low post count, we don't have any way of determining how reliable your word is. After skimming through your posts to date, you seem ok, so far. There's nothing there that would cause anyone to question your word. But there's also nothing there yet that would cause us to rely on it either. You're simply an unknown quantity up to this point.
I don't mean to be critical of you, but we get far too many posts citing unnamed sources, or anonymous friends, spreading rumor, accusation, or innuendo. We also have far too many "preachers" advocating this, that, or the other. This is particularly true with regard to safe-sex practices. STDs are a fact of life in this hobby. We all know it. We all know the risks. We don't need anyone advocating, lecturing, preaching, encouraging, reminding, exhorting, needling, promoting, pushing, nagging, beating us about the head and shoulders, or otherwise attempting to influence our decisions on safe-sex practices, one way or the other.
Now, as for your specific warning, unless I hear it from a source I know to be reputable, I'll take it with a grain or two of salt. Gonorrhea and syphilis are always out there and always will be. The rates of infection for both, and for all STDs for that matter, have always been pretty low in Hawaii as compared to the rest of the country (sources: the state Dept. of Heath and the national CDC web sites). Mongers should proceed with caution as they think best.
I'm sorry if I come across harshly, but when people preach, it gets very annoying, very quickly. It's one reason that Jackson has asked us not to discuss or debate safe-sex practices in the general threads. He's provided a dedicated section on the forum for that purpose. And without the specifics to back up your "warning" your post comes across as nothing more than the same old preaching that's been around almost as long as the STDs themselves!
Very respectfully,
CA
Where is some action during the day?
Can anyone tell me where I can find something during the day?
