Harris. Decriminalization of Weed
Well, when you put it like that. I guess Trump gets my vote.
I seriously hate Harris with an intense passion, especially since I'm a minority. She jailed sooo many of my people for such petty offences, and even refused to release them in order utilise free labor.
She was a horrible the in California, and she likes to pretend she is something other than an Indian woman.
Well, I'm a 62 year old white man that plans to vote for Trump even though I firmly believe he has no chance of winning. Regardless, the war on drugs begun by Reagan has needlessly criminalized two generations of black Americans while wasting countless billions of dollars. As an added "benefit" it has helped to militarize the police and further drive a wedge between the police and the public they are hired to protect and serve. So, I view this change in pot laws as a good first step in the right direction to reduce prison populations and eventually use a completely different approach in the war on drugs (that has already been lost of course). I'm really hoping drug laws and prison reform are something we get out of a democratic victory and I'm glad Ms. Harris has made the promise. Not comfortable with the economic side of the Democratic Platform but at least some good can come from a change that should really benefit so many of "your people" that were wrongly targeted in the past.
I see this didn't get through your thick skull the first time.
To be clear, the Corona Virus makes the Rules. Ignorance feeds it. Science is it's Enemy!
FYI, the CDC calls on Americans to wear masks to prevent COVID-19 spread.
* CDC recommends that people wear masks in public settings and when around people who don't live in your household, especially when other social distancing*measures are difficult to maintain.
* Masks may help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others.
* Masks are most likely to reduce the spread of COVID-19 when they are widely used by people in public settings.
* Masks should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
* Masks with exhalation valves or vents should NOT be worn to help prevent the person wearing the mask from spreading COVID-19 to others (source control).

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/cloth-face-cover-guidance.html
I repeat: The CDC stated this week that masks are ineffective. Wear your damn mask and stay stupid.
And one little fact to remember.
Well said, but I'm hoping that prison reform and civil discussions about police wrongdoing will be the result of a Republican victory. Everyone deserves their fair day in court and the worst that can happen is someone going to prison for a crime they didn't commit. I've been a victim of that, "Oh, shit, I made a mistake," LE bullshit more than once. If minorities think they're the only ones who have been victims of wrongdoing in life, I suggest they leave this country, find a better place to live and fuck off. They're prejudiced and delusional on a grand scale.
Trump is not the bad guy on this issue, as much as his non-believers would like to suggest. The media is and should be held accountable. They love to exacerbate any issue that is anti-Trump and bolsters their ratings. Is anyone fooled with that?
Can't agree with you that the police have been 'militarised' in any way due to Trump being elected, and certainly not in the eyes of any true Republican. Bad cops haven't been on the increase since Trump was elected; they were always there.
And now we have the pro-Democrat looters and arsonists. I personally don't care if you or someone is Democrat or Republican, but I would stand and fight for you if someone is trying to loot or burn your business down. How many of those pro-Democrat idiots would do that for a complete stranger? Very few, if any.
I'm surprised you said that you would vote for Trump, yet most of your post seems to be pro-Democrat.
In Missouri, the couple who came out in front of their own house to defend their property, after calling 911 and not getting a response, were indicted by a fixed grand jury by a Soros picked the for charges of brandishing their weapons to present a show of force.
This, despite the fact that Missouri has a Castle doctrine and everyone on that street chanting threats were a criminal trespasser on a private street. BTW, that same the had her prosecutors fix the wife's disabled pistol, so they could file charges. Under Missouri law, a non-working weapon is a prop and not a weapon.
And to let you know what is really coming, the same the dropped all misdemeanor trespass charges against the people who broke down the gate and violated that local ordinance. I like to play out there, but I'm still voting for Trump because I can't trust a Democratic prosecutor. Every damn one of them, are in it for the power and prestige. They don't care about you and will let the hounds on you, and then throw you in the can for protecting yourself.
Time for a new Reformation and a return to REAL science.
Any intelligent response?
This one. Signed by doctors and researchers who are really smarter than Fauci purports to be. And believe me, this is what is working in Sweden. Aren't we smarter and more resourceful than Sweden? Ok, more resourceful. But we need to go this route and get this thing finished. Unless you are ready for the next chapter in 1984, including more control by the Ministry of Truth.

Mask Mandates Work. Masks Do Nothing.
I live in the city where there is a mask mandate in place. Every store I go in has signs requiring masks. There is 99.9% compliance.
