This method is not conducive to immediate gratification. When I see the same person posting multiple ads per week (muchness per day!) I see where our pool is getting polluted. If you want same day or same hour satisfaction, then you need to see a SW, an MP, or answer a BP / HX ad.
The NPs are not for same day action. A true NP can be nurtured into continuing as a NP, with GFE intact, if you handle your game correctly. Often a pre-session coffee meeting is advised. This is a feel-each-other out, see if she's going to go through with it and see if you even want to bed her meeting. Ideally, the session occurs on a different day. This is how you can really tell the non-pros from the pros, this and the amount of personal info they give during your coffee get-to-know-you (name, where they worker live, etc).

I do agree that the great forum Baldy started has gotten out of hand, from what I have been reading the last week. May I offer a solution?
We need to compile a private list of the non-pro's that are successful for everyone and has been already seen and good results happened from the meetings.
Like Trading Baseball cards, We form a collecting group. Where we can trade different girls contact info between each other. Most of all of you know one another. A new person, to get into the club has to be recommended by a member who trusts them. This way we can build a group of Non-pro's, keep the prices controlled, and keep the spammers and PRO's away. (Kenimark is sorta of doing this already by listing the girls results. (But do this in a club form)

I just want to say I am agreeing to both sides of this coin and totally agree with G-Man.
I don't like running up the market price. It hurts us all in the end.
However, I do not mind paying up for high end non-pro talent and don't have issues in the $200-$300 range.

I actually keep a folder where I dump all spam emails in case I want to cross reference later.
