I wrote to the contact email about our section missing. I received a reply that a clerical error was made that deleted the Oklahoma section. The way that almost all databases are built prohibits restoring from backup for a single table within the database (I assume each state/section is a distinct table). Restoring the entire site to a previous point where we existed wasn't deemed worthwhile, because any new post on the site after that backup, would have been lost. Of course, restoring the database to a different server, exporting the Oklahoma table to a CSV file, then importing it in would work very well. Hopefully, that is their plan. If not, we have lost years of info.
