Milwaukee is not exactly a strip club hotspot. Most lapdances are strictly one-way with minimal touching. Fun place to go to as long as you realize extras aren't available. Even the lapdances at some of the seedier places are nothing to get excited about. If you travel or don't mind a roadtrip to the O'Hare area, All Stars in North Lake, IL is worth the trip. Reasonable prices, private dances with two-way touching and more. I reviewed it on the Chicago forum.

I admit that I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping that you'd say there were a lot of Chicago girls working the SC's up here on the side. Let me tell ya that Michigan (Detroit Metro) has THE best SC's I've been to. Take in / Take out it's all on the menu. I've also made many "friends" at the Indy SC's. A lot of the girls do take out once you have a good working relationship with them.
I'll try to take a little tour of the clubs y'all mentioned and report back with my findings.

DMHey DM, funny I would bump into you in the M'waukee area. I was up here for biz last week, and will be returning this week and more in the future. I've never had much luck with escorts up here, so I didn't plan to see any on my trip. I even have some buddies from another board in Michigan who live here but don't hobby much. Anyway, I stayed at the Hampton Inn at US45 and Silver Spring, and when I pulled in the parking lot, I saw a strip club across the street. Called Silk Exotic, or something like that. So of course, I had to see how it was. Here's my report.
Walked in and there's a ton of bouncers in coat and tie. They check my I'd and tell me it's $10 to enter. I thought "time to leave", but the girl at the desk (who is the manager I found out later) told me if I had a hotel room key, she'd let me in free but expected a tip. So I put a couple bucks in the tip jar and went on in. So far so good.
The place was loaded with good looking more mature girls. Not many under 25, maybe 2. Also, the two that were really young had no tats or piercings. They also had green bracelets that exclude them from drinking at the bar being under 21. Many of the older gals had old ink or some battle scars of party years gone by, but all were talented and friendly. I moved from table to table and ended up at the bar, overall chatting with several nice ladies, but didn't get moved to spend any money with them besides buying a drink or two.
Just as I got ready to leave a gorgeous petite latina walked by. OMG! So she sat with me and we got the game going. She took me for some dances which apparently it's officially "hands off" but I got to roam clandestinely. Was in Madison for a couple days and decided to try Outer Limits strip club. Its owned by the owners of Silk. The club isn't nearly as big or nice as Sik or Silk II. It is very industrial; steel beams and ceiling painted black. Overall, the decor was clean and comfortable. Cover is cheap and lots of drink specials.

The dancers are ALL nice and they don't really care about contact as long as your not a asshole. The security guard as well as the bartender all know who offers what. Every now and than they hold a "after party" which is like a buffet of greatness. As for Rickey's On State, the area is as equally "rough" as The Cheetah Club, but once again if your respectful nothing negative will happen. The dancers at Rickey's are African American, and contact depends on who your dancer is. Drinks are quite pricey, and they do require a five dollar cover charge. The bartender gives out a couple drinks on the house, and the bartender is quite gorgeous as well. Rickey's exterior looks run down but the interior is as good as Solid Gold. As far as take out service goes, I have no idea about that. I am usually too liquored up to care about that! To sum it up, both of these clubs are definitely worth checking out.

Crazy Horse is still my 2nd favorite club in Milwaukee but the management is working on becoming #1.
Most of the girls are very young. 18-21 but they have hired a few 21+hotties. Don't think takeout is an option because they run a clean club.

Was in town last night and stopped for some fun. There were about 8 girls working. Three were of the spinner type and the stage dances were fun and interactive. Tipped a few of the ones that caught my eye and thought that things would get better.
As I stepped out for a smoke, there was some white dude watching the cars, not part of the club, but kind of a weird concerned citizen. He pointed over to this older guy and told me that the mans car was stolen. First sign of caution. Felt bad for the guy but what could I do?
Went back in to play with one of the ladies I tipped, asking if we could to a lap dance since I missed her show on stage, she told me she would be back but was preoccupied with a guy at the bar. Tried a couple of the other spinners, but no one seemed to follow through on lap dances so I enjoyed the show and went for another smoke.
The same weird concerned citizen was checking out a suburban. I asked him what was going on, and he said that the truck was broken into. He went inside and the dude that owned the suburban came out, he was pissed as hell at the damage and theft. I went back in and tried to round up some take out but no luck so I left, no reason to take a chance.
My biggest concern is that the employees seemed to be laughing at the weird citizen. Not sure what that was all about, but if management does not care about the property of their customers I will not be back too risky.

Personally, I like Crazy Horse in West Allis. It usually has 5-10 dancers and most are 7-10. The place opens at 4 with a happy hour until 7PM. Nice atmosphere in a decent neighborhood.
If you are into smaller hole in the wall clubs, try Encore (Hawley Ave just north of I94) which is about 1/2 mile west of Miller Park. It usually has 5-8 girls of all types. It reminds me of Cheers but with hot bartenders and sexy strippers. Mondays & Friday afternoon seem to be best but I go there every chance I get. It opens at noon M-Sa. Girls aren't pushy at all.

I was getting very negative vibes from the black customers. Cars were being broken into and stolen on a regular basis. Customers wee getting robbed outside the club. And this was before the econonmy tanked. I can't imagine it has gotten any better. I do still go to Rickie's. They have bouncers that keep an eye on your car and walk outside with you if you want to keep an eye on things as you go to your car and the entire vibe is pretty friendly. My advice on Cheetah is to stay far far away.

I love Ricky's. The area is just ok but way safer than Cheetah Club. The crowd is mixed and nobody hassles you. As was mentioned, take out is available. Its been a few years but here is my share.
Silk-Milwaukee. I have pulled a few (3) dancers from silk at no extra cost by just being "Mr. Nice Guy". I am fairly young still and just do it for the enjoyment purposes, but of the occurrences I did not act like I was desperate. I carried on simple conversation and was not interested in blowing all my money at the club, just for a chance to persuade them to come home with me.

I would guess the club in the country is The Hardware Store in Clyman WI. It is a small town bar with a host of dancers who provide extras in the VIP room which runs $150. The lap dances are $20 and can be very high mileage.

They were serving burgers and Mac and cheese for lunch and it smelled horrible. The ladies were friendly enough, but it was all I could do to stay in there an hour. The lighting was state of the art 1985 and the decor is in good shape but from an early 90's B movie. The place was sad. I miss strip clubs. Real strip clubs.

They should give me a discount for this post, but that won't happen. No cover, no forced tipping, fair to below average girls, and great food. What can a guy ask for other than maybe big boobs.

Had some time to kill before heading to Sunday's bbq and Rhino Adult Night Club was 2 miles away from the bbq. I got there around 4:30 and was probably the first one there. Girls are young, natural, and pretty good looking. I really don't like fake boobs. Bartender was an older ladeywith nice big boobs with lots of cleavage. Was really kool and easy to talk with. Beers were $6 and shots was $5 (at least for me they were). The club is pretty clean. It looked like they had some other stages, but I was manly there to drink and see what girls they had.
About the girls. Although pretty, seemed like they didn't want to be there. Nothing interesting. Performance was really weak. Did the same thing over and over. I didn't sit right by the stage because the girls looked like they weren't interested in I, as if I wouldn't tip or anything. Stayed probably for 20 mins if even. Tipped about 20 to 3 different girl just because I think they had to work because I was in. Bought the bartender a shot and tipped her good just because she was the only that would actually interact with me. Anyways, they had 2 lap dance for $30 which I did not partake because the girls seemed boring and somewhat shady (don't know if that is the right word) , maybe because I am asian.
I would probably prefer this place as to silk just because they are natural and younger than the girls at silk (I think) although I rarely make it to strip clubs.

Though I haven't been there for over a year, Ricky's has always been good to me. Gals are friendly and go the extra mile in the LD area. Never had any trouble there even if I was the only white person in the place. Though its always all black dancers (at least when I've been there) there is still pretty good variety as far as shapes and sizes. And they usually have some real knockouts that don't take a backseat to anyone.

I was at Ricky's a while back and had a great time in the LD area. Don't remember the girl's name, but I did get her number. However, when I called a guy answered (red flag #1) and when she got on the phone she kept repeating everything I said, presumably for him to hear (red flag #2). Then she quoted me a price that was way higher than the norm. Don't remember the exact figure, but it just wasn't reasonable. Doesn't mean I wouldn't go back, just might have lower expectations.

Milwaukee's Rhino (the strip club) endangered?
Yes, even adult entertainment clubs invoke trademark law at times.
An international chain known as Spearmint Rhino Companies Worldwide, Inc. Has gone after one of Milwaukee's newest strip joints in federal court, claiming the west side business called simply Rhino Adult Nightclub infringes on the chain's trademark and will confuse customers who think they're headed to the "world's leader in upscale adult entertainment."
According to a lawsuit filed Friday, lawyers for Spearmint Rhino called the Milwaukee club at 9440 W. National Ave. And were told by the manager, Biker Dave, that the club has in fact been asked if it's part of the Spearmint Rhino group.
A lawyer for Spearmint Rhino sent a cease and desist letter shortly after the Milwaukee club opened in mid-July, telling it to stop using the distinctive rhinoceros head logo, take down its website and destroy all advertising and promotional materials that might use the rhino head. (Spearmint's is below)
As of Friday, the website was still operating, but owners didn't immediately respond to email seeking response to the action for trademark infringement and unfair competition.
According to the lawsuit, the Spearmint Rhino's marks and name "are famous, and have been referenced in popular culture, including on the 'Tonight Show with Jay Leno, ' on the sitcom 'Two and a Half Men, ' in television shows 'South Park' and 'The Girls Next Door, ' and in the movie 'Matchstick Men, ' and have also been the subject of parody on television shows and movies."
The name and "associated rhinoceri imagery" have been trademarked.
The Milwaukee club's logo is a very similar rhino head, in red, facing right.

I would like to thank ya all for your feedback. I guess both of ya are absolutely correct in how I'm not playing the cards correctly. To be honest I kind of was using the whole "shout across the room technique" even though it never worked due to them assuming I was a cop or something. The two strip clubs I've gone to this past year are Art's on Juneau and Rickey's on State.
Art's is a dive in a terrific area. You walk in most nights and get nothing more than a cursory nod from the bartender. The girls range from slightly skanky to positively yummy, with all races. Dances are 20 bucks a song, practically in the middle of the room. On weeknights (Mon-Thurs) there's little to no PD-policing and you can have a lot of fun with a down girl. On the weekend, the bouncer will stick his nose in repeatedly with the slightest of touches.
Rickey's is a different animal. Out in the middle of h00d territory (19th and state) , they're way more cautious upon entering. No hats, I'd scan, etc. But when you get in, you realize the owners put a lot of money into the place. Several big screen TV's, lighting and backdrop are all pretty well done. The girls are all black, ranging from thin and lovely to thick and ghetto. The private is still kept clothed (this ain't Chicago) , but touching was accepted. I believe I spoke with the owner, a 40-50 something white lady behind the bar. If she bought Art's and put the same kind of time / attention / money into it, I believe it could be a prominent destination for more than drunks and fratboys.
Of course, I am thinking completely with my dick at this point. Looking back on the events of last night I should have probably thought through things a little more clearly, but, oh well. Her addy was in a nice / not so bad part of north MKE. Headed up there, found the apartment, knocked on the door and she came right to the door.

Well, I decided to give OTB a shot earlier in the week. While I wasn't entirely blown away by the line up, I did meet with a real sweat heart. Probably Mediterranean. The only rationale for the discrepancy between open bar and private dance is the actual lack of privacy. Open, accountable activity likely makes security less nervous. I get the impression that hands on behavior often takes place between dancers and their outside boyfriends / sugar-daddies, so the house turns a blind eye anyway.
