Hey yall I am a verified, reviewed, trusted touring provider currently in Roanoke. I was bored yesterday. I am addicted to strip clubs, every city everywhee just recently. So I looked for some here but none so I asked a client. He had never been but knew the name? Well anyhow I decided to head to the Gold and Silver club here. WOWWWWWW someone should have reviewed this place long time ago!. Now I have to.
Very run down lots of parking. No bright light to indicate its a club. Was worried about "escort" rule so I nabbed a guy locking his truck next to me.
Leave any decent clothing at home.
Have to pay $20 to get in to be member(its only club here)something with law of nudity and jurisdiction crap.
No alchohol. WTF! Not even beer! I don't drink coke(too many carbs. LOL)

I remeber a specific lady melissa because she pushed me over and over for a dance. Too old for me. I'm not into samesex but if I want to I want a lap dance from a stripper (70% success so far). The building is sort of run down, dingy is the word that comes to mind. The couches in the private room have seen a lot of action, but aren't bad. It could be a nice place if a LOT of work and cleaning is done. But, I didn't go there for the building, I went to see the talent!
I have to say I was surprised at the quality of the girls. Yes, there were some girls that were on the older or on the chunky side, but there were a few hotties that could do this anywhere. About 10 girls on hand, maybe more, but I didn't really count. Only a couple bothered to talk to me, but they weren't my type so I politely declined the offer of a private dance. I saw a cute blonde and asked for a private dance, can't remember her name, but around 24 years old. Nice body, good dance, pleasant girl. My hands roamed a bit, but nothing too daring. For those looking, I doubt there is any takeout there.

Hello, I have been going to G&S now for about three or four years. In all of my time, I am just now discovering that there is such a forum. This forum would have definitely saved me some $ Thank you guys for posting this information which helps hobbyists like me out of the dark. At first, I knew almost nothing about this industry so to date I have spent exorbitantly at about $10 k; this is in about 5 years.
At any rate, I thought I would share information to help the next start up guy learn from my experience with the girls at G&S for extras. I have only been lucky a few times, but here are some details.
The first couple of years were a bit slow. I didn't know how to spend money and who to approach. There were a lot of trials and errors. I wish I kept up with the names but some of the girls are a no go. Like becky, promise, Pandora, etc.
My first extra service was a HJ in the couch room, this was from an older girl, very skinny about in her late 30's with bleach blond hair. I didn't have to pay anything extra; I asked and she complied after about the fourth song. Total damage was about .16.
I had a nude body / genital slide with a black girl once, total damage was about .22, and recently..I had extra service from lucky, HJ, a couple of times, I can't remember the total damage but it was substantial; I had extra service from chloe, HJ and nude body grind, couch room but it was a slow night. Damage about .25 (multiple times); I also had a HJ from Vanessa on multiple occasions. You just have to ask the round about way. If it is a slow night then the chances are high to get lucky. With all of these girls, I had to do multiples of couch dances before they would entertain any of my requests. To date, I didn't get lucky enough to do a take out, or maybe I still don't know how to ask for it. There are a couple more girls who I haven't mentioned here for good reasons.

Ok, Finally get a chance to post. It has been crazy for me. For any of you that care, my SB is out of commission. She cut me off about a week ago and has not responded to any calls or texts. I have read so many things on this forum; I figured I would go for as much as 200 roses would get me. Walked into the couch room by a bouncer that really didn't seem like he cared. That was a good sign. Another sign is that it was just her and I. No other people.
Now I specifically asked her about her dances before I asked her for the dance. Her response was "you will find out why they call me honey".
As we walk toward the sofa that we both agreed on, she tells me to hurry that the song has already started. I thought she was kidding. I asked her if she was serious, and she said yes, but that it was a real long song and we would be ok. That was screw up number one. Ok, by this time, I have made up my mind; this is the only song that she is going to get from me. After it ends I am out of here. I got so excited. Why? I couldn't wait to see the look on her face when she realizes that she just lost me. So the song goes by real quick. Twenty seconds before the song ends, she finally gets real close to me. I actually start to get the bump and grind that I am accustomed to at G&S and other clubs for that matter. She finally starts to play a little, if you know what I mean. By the time the song ends, which was like a minute and a half after we sat down, she is on top of like I am her long lost love. She then whispers, "do you want another dance". With the biggest smile on my face, I declined. And when I did, I intentionally arched my head back so I could look her straight in the eyes and I so wanted to see the expression on her face. She was stunned boys. That look was priceless. She was speechless. So I got up, gathered the few items that I emptied out of my pockets and placed on the end table. I walked out of there without ever looking back.
I was not wasting my time or my money on a girl that was going to play me. Headed back downstairs and sat at the counter. Started looking around. That's when I noticed jade. She was talking to another guy. I waited a bit, stared at her and after she realized that I was checking her out, she came over to me and introduced herself. After a little conversation, she asked me if I wanted a dance. I again asked, how is your dance. Her response, well I have not had any complaints. So up we went. And the best part is that we walked right past Honey once we were upstairs.
Let me tell you where she didn't screw up.

Well heard some reports about G / S remodel and new name. So I checked it out tonight. It is cleaner. A few new chairs and tables, big screen Tvs, but I can't say much for the girls, it should be named the itty bitty titty club, out of 13 girls, only one had more than a A cup, and hers were fake, lots of fat asses, baby damage fat and not very friendly. I was at the stage throwing ones making it plain I was available for attention, but after being there for almost 2 hrs, only one girl approached me about a lap dance or even said hello. They all seemed to just sit at the bar hanging onto what I guessed were some regulars. So my disappointment with this club continues.

Had a complimentary pass and some time to kill so I dropped in late last night. Had a great time and stayed until closing. The lineup was solid and the music was very good too. Not too much of the hip-hop blingbling holla holla stuff. They still have the 2 for 40 special and I partook in that a few times with Miss June. (Just something about those black haired girls with the right curves LOL). Anyway there was something there for every one's liking regardless of size shape color or style. (I forget how much that was) Lap Dances are $30 each, unless you buy a package deal at 3 for $75 which saves you a whopping $15. ($30 per dance is a deal breaker for repeat business) You can also buy VIP room dances at $250 per 30 minutes (hahahaha) Now, here comes the "New" rule: You are not permitted to touch the dancers during a Lap Dance unless you buy at least 3 dances UP FRONT. I put the word "new" in quotations because this has sort of been an unspoken rule for quite some time. Some guys will buy 1 dance and immediately begin groping (not cool in the eyes of the dancers) so now it is a verbal rule before you enter. Lastly, you are not permitted to go upstairs at all, unless you are going for a lap dance. Kind of a bummer since I enjoyed watching from up top. To end on a high note, I spent the majority of my time there with a girl named Yuki (no she is not Asian LOL) She is a very short petite blond. I drop in from time to time and definitely think the club has improved over what it was two years ago.
As far as the quality of girls is concerned, it's pretty good most of the time. Most of them are professional and welcoming and a lot of the junkies and trash have been weeded out. No more hard luck stories of "oh my mom's in prison. Babydaddy is sick and the dog has cancer. ".
The clientele is a bit more upscale too. There is not as much of the thug life crowd as there once was. Even during the later hours. Kudos to the new management on addressing both of those issues.
Friday is still the best night with Saturday usually being pretty good. YMMV applies to most weekdays but I will say there is a gem to be found here and there.
Anyway, good job to G&S management and staff. I hope the improvements continue and if I were local, I would definitely visit more often.

I liked the selection of dancers, they varied in age groups and in body types which is good because everyone has different tastes. I will definitely return when my schedule permits. Did the 3 for $75 dances and they were awesome, worth every penny.

The Hot girls are quick to accept your money but their personality is as cold as ice. Barely any conversation whatsoever, despite my effort to engage. As a gentlemen I always thank them for their time and smile when its over. Back downstairs they never once acknowledge me or attempt to look my way (this does wonders for self esteem).

Look. I have never once had a problem getting propositioned by the entertainer I wanted. If you sit over by the wall the whole time you are there and don't tip any of the girls then your action is going to be limited at best. These chics are there to make money. And yeah just like other hobby activities, regulars get favored and the deepest pockets win out. Just the way it is and if you've been in this game long enough you should know this.
For those out there who are terrified to approach a girl or if your ego is just too fragile, do this: when a girl you like is on stage, TIP HER then tell her to come see you after she gets dressed. Especially if this is a Friday or Saturday night because the prettier ones get all the upstairs action they want on weekends. It's not rocket science.
Look. I have never once had a problem getting propositioned by the entertainer I wanted. If you sit over by the wall the whole time you are there and don't tip any of the girls then your action is going to be limited at best. These chics are there to make money. And yeah just like other hobby activities, regulars get favored and the deepest pockets win out. Just the way it is and if you've been in this game long enough you should know this.
For those out there who are terrified to approach a girl or if your ego is just too fragile, do this: when a girl you like is on stage, TIP HER then tell her to come see you after she gets dressed. Especially if this is a Friday or Saturday night because the prettier ones get all the upstairs action they want on weekends. When I go there I always see a few ladies that will just sit at the counter the whole night except when they have to get on stage. I am always thinking it is such a waste of their time being there all night and just picking up a few ones on stage when they could be making much more by walking around and talking with the customers.
When I go to a club I never approach any ladies, if they approach me and I like them I always get at least one dance many times 3 or 4 sometimes more if I really like them. When I first started going to the club years ago it seemed to me if I approached one of the ladies sitting at the counter the whole night to get a dance. The dance was never very good almost like they were bothered by having to get up and go up stairs. I went in G&S for the first time in a long while a couple of weeks back to see things for myself. I sat back and observed for a couple of hours. I didn't see many of the girls hanging at the bar with each other, but it seems if they weren't on stage or already giving a private dance, they were hanging out in the dressing room. I finally caught one I was interested in and asked for a dance. Attractive girl, decent dance, but limited roaming.

What had my attention was this one black girl, I didn't catch her name. Had orange dye in her hair. She was something else. Beautiful girl. Could throw that ass like I've never seen before. Glad I did. I was very pleasantly surprised by this club.
Staff is nice, most ladies very attractive and music is not too loud. Cover only $10 for out of state. Membership is not an issue. They don't look at your license or require private information. Only downside is $40 couch dances. That should be $20 and they would get alot more.
After visiting clubs in many cities, the first girl I saw tonight was one of the BEST I have seen in a club in 35 years of going to clubs. Genna. Long dark hair, perfect body, face and attitude. If there ever was a perfect "10", she is it. Smart college girl too. Studying science. I would guess about 5'5" and 110 pounds. Exactly my type. She would make a killing in Atlanta or Tampa. She is every bit as good as those girls, but more genuine and real.

My dance the song was short and the dancer I chose wasn't good. She was good when I watched her on the pole but not very good at couch dances. If the dancer is good and touching was still allowed I would pay the $40 as I have always enjoyed couch dances.
I will go again, and would recommend, I just won't be wasting my time with couch dances. It was more enjoyable just watching the ladies on the stage than the bad dance I got!

There are a few OGs there who still look good however most of the newer chics look like a common bunch of refugees from the group home. Lots of new rules and it seems the morons that run this place are trying to generate revenue by any means possible. I usually drop a pretty good sum of cash when I visit. You know, help the girls a little, but the club has their hand in everything now. Definitely won't support this business model.I haven't been able to stop by the club since the change allowing alcohol and changing to bikini club. Is it still a bikini club? I kind of expect it to go back to the way it was previously.

For me Gn'S was at its peak from 1999 - 2010 ish. I can't exactly remember. But damn! Take out was easy because those girls spent all that money on crack faster than they could make it. The girls were all 8 - 10's.

Doesn't seem like there's much chatter on the board here (excluding the OG conversation a couple weeks ago). Just wondering if many folks frequent the club anymore? Went regularly for a few years but last time I went (about 5-6 months ago) I was very unimpressed & sounds like it may be worse now. Can anyone share any intel on how things are looking these days?
Also I saw they're now open at noon during the week, is that correct? Can't imagine they're getting a lot of business on a weekday.

I got bored one Friday and showed up around 10 pm. Yep, it's a bikini bar. There were at least a dozen girls there. Only one of them was to my liking. She was short, young & blonde but she stayed to herself & I never got a word in. I talked to one of the girls. $50 per song if you want a private dance. You can pay $200 for 30 minutes but I wasn't. Not for the girls I saw. Once again I feel like you have a better shot picking up women at a regular bar than this place. The girl who collects you're money at the door doesn't speak to you, doesn't look at you, no smile no nothing. Once inside, most of the girls have already latched onto the one guy who won't be buying anything from them. I was there willing & ready to throw money away, but damn I sat there mostly watching porn on my phone. I left after an hour. It's $15 to get in. They now have alcohol at the bar. I go there for the ass not the booze.

Any half decent hotels or bars near the G&S club? I stay out near Roanoke overnight a lot and would not mind popping in albeit if I was staying at a hotel nearby or there was also good bars / food also near. Not too familiar with that part of town at all though.

Not too familiar with that part of town at all though.I live in that area, and as far as decent hotels I recommend are Quality Inn, Sleep Inn, Holiday Inn, SpringHill Suites. In that order. If you want to go a bar in that area. I'd say check out Fork In The Alley. There are some looking women up in there. May this info help you out.
