It seems that the streets have begun to thaw, gentlemen.
My routine takes me through the gutter, between 5th ST SW and 20/21st ST SW or so, three to four times a week.
I've seen a large number of girls who were clearly out working. Varying degrees of attractiveness. All the way from escort-looking material to shaved gutter rat strapped on a short skirt. Be wary that everyone's least favorite uncle seems to heavily patrol the area. During one drive through, I spotted four of uncle's cars and two bicycles within a two block span. I actually witnesses a girl jump in a truck at the corner of Patterson and 13th RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CRUISER and through some stroke of monger luck not get stopped, but still. Be careful out there and happy hunting.
Around 7pm, I witnessed a reasonably attractive mid 20s ealry 30s WSW plying her trade on patterson. In my rearview, I saw a monger stop and she hopped right in. No LEO in sight but there were some LEOs further down towards 5th.

WSW, I too saw one today about 11:30 am, thin, although I'd say this one was low 20's maybe even teens, by the time I got turned around to check the front half she was gone. I did not see any leo, but I wouldn't bet on this young lady being of legal age either.
Had to drive down Patterson last night around 8:30 and there were at least 5 ladies working the corners. At least one of which was decent quality.

It really must be Christmas.
I have been back in Roanoke since yesterday morning. Did not get to hobby any as I was to busy getting ready for a meeting this morning. After the meeting headed to 202 for Lunch with some colleagues. Finished up around 1:30. All I could think about was what I was going to get into tonight. Been checking out BP and same old thing but I was going to make some calls and see what I could come up with. Maybe some of you guys will understand this when I say, sometime the chase is just as fun as the actual date. Do you know what I mean? Calling and talking to different girls, seeing who and what shows up. I was in the mood tonight and had already promised myself that I would hobby with two different dates tonight. So the chase to get the right girls was going to be fun.
Anyway, I am leaving downtown, turn onto Jefferson head to my normal motel / hotel. I pass a thin brunette walking on the left side. Nice looking thing, but I am thinking to myself, not a SW. Before I go any further, let me tell you guys, I do not normally do SW's. I make take the occasional drive down to Patterson and 13th just out of curiousity, but I never see anything worth stopping for and the one time I did stop for a girl in that area about 3 years ago, I must of offended her because I got a middle finger and a bunch of " words...So I have always been weary of talking to any girl I see walking.
So I watch this girl in my rear view mirror as I pass her. I am thinking there is no way she is a SW. Probably a student at the health College right there. Always see pretty girls walking back and forth in that particular area. So I head down a little and I don't know what made me do it but I turned around at that little grocery store there. I guess I wanted to see what her face looked like. I went back up Jefferson and got a good look at her face. Guys, on a scale of 1-10, she was a 7 at the least. Yes, no way was she a SW. But I did notice she was not carrying any kind of book bag and her shoes looked a little rough. So as I pass her I turn left into a parking lot and did another you turn. As I was coming out of the uturn, I glanced over at her and I noticed that she was looking back at me. So I started turning left and right and left. All was clear. I started talking to her and tried to sound like I wanted to genuinely give her a ride. After all, maybe she really just needed a ride. Then the magic words came out of her mouth "are you a cop? Not going into any more details as it would take too long, but I will tell you this. Negotiations only took 30 seconds, settled on BBBJ no CIM, CFS, Multiple pops and she had to stay for an hour, and I would give her a ride back. Price, .8. Guys, she is new to this. I would have paid $.5. She looks young, I actually had to check her I'd (which she didn't mind showing me). She told me her name was Amanda, but her real name is not Amanda (I will respect her and not give it out) She is 21 but looks all of 18. Nice body, no tats, little tits, and a small little ass. That is why I am saying that she is new to this. She didn't have a problem with it and popped it right out. Even after telling me her name was Amanda, and 2 seconds later I see her real name, her address (if its still current) and her date of birth. No experience at all. As far as her number, she has none and if she had a home phone I doubt she would give it to me. Honestly, I think she lives with her parents still. Comes from a nice area in North Roanoke. I think as soon as an area begins to have some activity it gets shutdown quickly. I remember when around the typewriter shop next to downtown and down from there used to be one of the hotspots, but I haven't seen anything there in years. The up around Patterson used to have activity but couple years ago it ended up in the paper and was shutdown after that.

Howdy fellow hunters just moved here to city and immediately had to find the stroll. After a few hours of cruising I fell asleep and had a dream I spotted a young ghetto thing off Melrose by burger king scooped it up did checks and took it to a notel up the street and score a couple points on goal. Then the next time I was out ended up off Elm by what I now know is a shelter or mission something spotted a pawg walking rolled up and began dreaming of a CBJCIM thanks for the warm welcome and happy hunting. A few days back I was strolling Orange NE at Sheets and saw an AA pimp daddy hanging with an AA girl on the corner of the building kind of off in the dark. Made a couple different passes and on about the third pass saw 2 LE cars separating the 2 with lights blaring. Was able to pull over long enough to get a better view and in a little bit saw another smoking hot white chick get taken out of an SUV parked a few lengths away on that side of the gas station with another possible customer or daddy brought into the conversation. All 4 were being separated for questioning. I couldn't stick around long enough to see if any were taken away but apparently, and unlike the last post suggested, it is not all out in the open. On a whim decided to cruise at different day times in the past week. Usual spots. Just seems to be girls around or my timing is right. Not that many are real lookers. 11th off Orange for a few blocks black, mostly strung out but saw one cute younger girl who was gone by the time I circled the block. I don't partake in the SW scene. But through random encounters temptation rises. I was parked near the old vacant Loan Max building next to Days Inn on Orange Ave. I was simply parked eating my lunch. I couldn't help but notice all the girls walking to and from the Days Inn. One young girl, slim body walked right up to my parked vehicle and asked if I had a few dollars, I told her I don't carry cash. She said I was cute and told me she was going to the store. I was tempted to pursue her but didn't. Just wanted to share that experience.

Just getting caught up on here. Wanted to thank you guys for the info provided here. I was on my way down 81 last week and took a detour to see what action I might find. I found the Days Inn and sat there while I drank my coffee. I did see one or two possible WSW. Nothing peaked my little head enough to investigate further. It was a worthwhile diversion though. Thanks again and if you're up towards NVA and need some direction feel free to on.

I was driving down Orange Avenue this morning and there was a young woman in an Orange Hoodie and Black Sweatpants getting quite a bit of attention. She was panhandling near the Sheetz. Rolled into town visiting friends and family and stayed a hotel off Williamson over the last weekend. Last Thursday night, I picked up a BSW, skinny mid-30's, and very worn.
