Luckily, members of this forum were kind enough to convince me otherwise. That is not being a "cowardly monger", that is thinking ahead and being cautious.
As you said, in this game the risks are high, and I'm not taking any chances with bad providers. I just want to live my life and have some fun once in a while. I've been in the hobby for a while now and have seen newbies come and go. I've tried to help the new guy as much as I could while being cautious. There is no way to tell if someone especially a newbie is either uncle LEO or his best friend so earning trust is a must. Reporting viable info is key to earning trust and especially if you want to meet a utr or even get a referral to my favorite girl celeste.
