A: She is hot as Hell.
B: She has a killer little body and a pretty face.
C: She has off the chart skills and very few limits.

Just wanted to share that these two are legit in case anyone has seen their ad and been curious.

I believe your hunch may be correct on that. I believe it's a ring out of the Tri-Cities area. I met the guy who was running the "Bad Angels" ring that changed its name to "Diamond Angels." He was recruiting girls from BP ads and from a couple local strip clubs. When did they make that law?The sexual predators law has been around for a while, they just apparently expanded it to include a lot of stuff. VA is a very conservative state run by a very conservative Governor, Attorney General, and legislature. Some states are much more lenient.
This is what every John gets charged with and found guilty of doing. It is Very rare that any John will ever beat the charge of solicitation. You will NOT have to register as a sex offender. A person who has to register as a sex offender is guilty of a felony. At the moment solicitation is a class one misdemeanor. That is one step below felony. In the school system they make no distinction of any sex crime. Urinating on the side of the road is indecent exposure, you are subject to arrest, and if you are / were a school teacher you would be fired instantly. Thanks to the logic of zero tolerance no distinctions are made of any crime that even remotely sounds like a sex crime.

Learn from my experience. Don't waste your time with that chick. It's been in the news before where girls on CL, FB and some of the SV sites will ask for these cards and then tell you to send them the serial number so they can verify it's legit before they see you. They target the gullible in this. Obviously, if it sounds fishy it is probably TGTBT.
If you're doing it in person and not by text or email then it would basically be the same as cash.

Good luck with a loophole. It used to be money or "anything of monetary value," but the law was restated to read "money or its equivalent."
Over the years I've had some girls request gift cards instead of cash thinking it was some loophole around the law paying cash for sex. My experiences were good, but these girls sound fishy.

It's really not a new scam. 12 News, Fox News, RTD and Gotcha have publicized it for awhile now. They use Money Pak because they won't issue a refund if you give out the number to anyone and don't use it yourself.

I answered a few of those "Casual Encounter" ads over the weekend. Each of them said "Henrico" in the ad, but when you get the response they were to various apartment addresses in Midlothian.
Every one of them included a different photo of an AA girl obviously ripped from the web and easily searched back to an online clothing outlet.
Here's what all of them said in each email, but they were just reworded with different apartment addresses. I played along with two of them but they never would give a phone number. It made me assume they were not local. All of the addresses were listed on the web as apartments currently available for rent.
"Hey boo come over and play my address is [Address Removed] come over now its 100 to play all. Night stop at 7 eleven get me a money. Pak card its 4. 95 and put 100 on and Dr pepper please.
One girl (or person) I told I forgot the Dr. Pepper from 7-11. She told me to stop at the "Circle K" next to the apartments. The apartments were next to Brandermill. When I told them there was no such store they said they were just visiting the area. I finally told them I had just been bs'ing them and knew it was a scam and they disappeared.

The ad usually reads: "A penny for your thoughts. A generous man can act them out." Casual Encounters on CL needs to be renamed to Casual Spammers and Scammers. I used to have pretty good luck finding some UTR's there, but when they changed the flagging codes it quickly was over-taken by the bs'er's and scammers. I nver had luck with freebies on Cas. Decided to dream of SunnyFun's airport UTR again today. This time I asked her to meet me and she agreed to make the drive. She came with her roommate (who knows what's going on and stayed in the car). Agreed to the same dream as last time for the same damage. So today she looked much better as she had a little bit of makeup on, washed her hair, and had just dyed her hair a dirty blonde color.
