I agree somewhat but things have changed a little. Pamela has really stepped up her game and is VERY professional. Still awesome service but the price has gone up as well. I think Tineye is giving you more problems than answers. It was good 18 months ago, but it's been so completely surpassed by Google to the point that I don't bother with it anymore. I was using both for a while, but noticed that Tineye would give me nothing, while Google would give me a dozen results.
When you paste the pic URL into Google and hit search, the top result will give you the option to "search by image." From then on, the search box will say "describe image here" and you'll see a little camera icon on the right. Click that, and you can enter the next pic URL to keep searching.
That should get you up to speed.
