I saw a different one a few months ago. They come and rotate out every few weeks. So far both times I've been happy with the providers looks and service. In the furture I'll go again.Ok, just to confirm for the sake of clarity, you've seen two of the Herndon Latinas, yes? Was the other one as good as Luciana and were her prices the same? But want to bring this up during my search again for FCCC's phone number, which I lost during the years -- anyways, Lotus Flowers has obviously survived and start to provide "GFE" (in par both to service and $$ to their Korean counterparts? And earning its reputation on the other site.
What I am trying to say is that Lotus Flowers use the same girls from Flushing NYC where there's a lot more choices up there, and. 4 cheaper. Of course speaking Mandarin fluently is a must for getting services there.
The whole point, however, that I don't get, is the overall lack of decent providers in DC areas. Tons of Ads in Philly, tons of Ads in NYC, tons of it in LA / bay area, but not in DC. When you quit doing so much TER reviews, the bar start to set high just to get in touch with those escorts. Yet, we don't have the regular FS AMP that's available almost anywhere else in the US -- only "NOVA finish".
And there we go for the Lotus Flowers which is having lackluster providers (same lack of choices as the FCCC) but still stands out for their 0 screening if one is seeking for immediate service.
I just don't understand this.As much as we try to compare and contrast different markets (ex. NY vs DC vs Philly, etc.), each one has unique characteristics that make that a difficult, if not impossible, analysis. One reason might be less competition, or maybe a less price-sensitive client base or perhaps even a higher level of LEO scrutiny. I'm sure other mongers could chime in with their own theories but, whatever they are, they don't alter market realities.
For whatever reasons, we're stuck with the market we've got and the challenge for all of us is to figure out how to navigate it. There will always be markets with better value propositions, some as close as PG County, for those with the time, money and inclination to travel. The DMV is absolutely a magnet for providers seeking to make more $ than they could in their home markets and it definitely is not very monger friendly. But there are values to be found and among the resources available to the savvy hobbyist are this forum and various oThER websites.

I just don't understand this.I disagree that there is a lack of decent providers in the DC area. Perhaps it's the crap shoot in the lower price ranges which you are referring to, but there are lots of very good providers. But, the prices can be very high and / or the screening process to invasive for some.

Even with decent reviews there are still times when some providers try to play games like the bait-and-switch you talked about. The time to walk away was probably at the point when it became clear that's what was going on.
To make things even worse, she charged 150 for what turned out to be a 15 minute short stay. That's an effective rate of 600 per hour.
Considering all of the above, this provider should definitely be on every hobbyist's warning radar. And BP, for all its faults, is the best reflection of the market we have. There have been plenty of discussions about why the DMV hobby is the way it is and plenty of theories.
The one that makes most sense to me is that this area has a higher percentage of potential clients who, for whatever reason, are more willing to overpay and less willing to do homework and comparison shop.
But the bottom line is that the DMV attracts many providers who come from high-cost cities (SF, LA, NY) and many charge higher rates than they do in their home cities. In addition to the demand-side, it's also possible the supply-side (as in less competition) could be a contributing factor.
Whatever the reasons, the only thing you can do is to learn the local market as best you can and make decisions with the big head after doing lots of homework. There are good deals to be had but they're not going to drop into your lap.

One reason I kept turning toward the Asian crapshoot is the number of non-Asian providers who wanted far more money than I was willing to pay. As JimSuttr said, the best thing you can do is learn the local market and do your homework before seeing a provider.

Anybody else a little tired of the BP scene in the DC area? I've seen and been to other cities like Atlanta and LA among others and everything is better there. Had a dream about a 4 hands massage from Tara and her assistant Ada. It was quite enjoyable.
They each have a different style. Tara takes broad, fast strokes covering the length of the arm or leg or wherever she's working.
