Has anyone given this a go? She's been solo massage for a long time and I've had a few enjoyable sessions. So I won't say anything specific to Starr's booker (Viviane). With that caveat this is my advice:
Don't assume that all that stuff they ask for on a provider's website is actually required. This is one reason I never fill out the forms. Initiate contact by text or email in a way that shows you are serious: I ask if so-and-so is available to "meet a new friend" tomorrow. Assuming you hear back provide the minimum detail you are comfortable with and see how it goes. If the booker is interested they can always ask for more and you can always decline to provide it. Some like to call and I get the feeling they judge by the voice if this is the real deal. Others write back saying they will "check my refs" and a few hours later I hear back we are good to go.
In the case of K-girl agencies that first email should have your handles and refs in it. Still it's likely to go into a black hole. Most any other booker will get back to you promptly. And the true indy providers will get back to you just as soon as they get done with the client they are entertaining (which is why I try to send it out early morning).

From my understanding, most providers are using one app or another. The most popular seem to be SideLine and TextNow, followed by Google Voice, and to a lesser extent Talkatone. It feels like TalkNow is the most popular as the voice mail pretty much gives it away, but Sideline and others seem to be just as popular, and the app origin can be obfuscated in voice mail.
One of the reasons TalkNow and Sideline are popular is that you can lock in a number for free by texting once every 30 days. As a monger you can use these same apps to add a layer of privacy as well.

I had a really tough week so I decided to seek out some stress relief. Not surprisingly, most of my calls went unanswered. HG2.Except for a handful of the Chinese MILF ads, I've yet to come across a single ad in the Asian crapshoot which carried actual photos of the providers. Then again, the same can be said for plenty of non-Asian ads as well. I also don't know why they promise a massage, especially a body-to-body massage, when the provider in question doesn't even provide the most basic of body rubs. At least she didn't when I saw her the week before.
There was plenty of bad and ugly in this instance, but the only good is that I had the presence of mind to leave. One has to wonder how many more walkouts advertisers must endure before they finally practice truth in advertising. Or is that asking too much from providers of such services?

Rule #1 for newbies. Stick with seeing a girl who has reviews. (And I mean more than just one or two reviews.) That way you know she is legit. So do some research first, then make the call.
Now, here's my take on your questions.
- Ask for rate? I was told to ask when I call the girl?
Ask if she has a website. If she does the rates are usually advertised there. If she does not have one, ask about her rate when you call her. But be very careful here. You do not know who you are really speaking to. Do not ask how much it cost for any specific services. I would stick with: "How much does it cost for an hour of your time?" Or "How much does it cost to spend a half hour with you?" That way she will know that you know the deal.
- When do I find out what services are included etc?
This is what doing research on here is all about. After reading USASG, then Google her phone number and click on the links that come up. Unless she is new or UTR, there will usually be a couple of links to review sites. Read the reviews and see what other guys say they got. Not fool proof, but a pretty good guide.
Also, once you get there and both of you get comfortable, ask what her rules are. I have found that some girls are strict with their rules and others are lenient if they end up liking you. If you get her all hot and bothered, just go with the flow and see where it leads to. But be a gentleman and if she says "no" or "stop" then that's it. Do not push her boundaries too much. And this is probably not popular to say around here, but I would wrap up that rascal for everything.

Many girls spell out how they want you to give them the donation on their personal website. Most girls want the money up front, before you start. If you do your homework you should know that she is not a "cash and dash" ripoff. So it is usually okay to pay first. And if she offers various levels of service she can tell what you want by how much you lay down at the beginning.
When I see someone new, I usually lay it down discretely in plain view and ask to use the bathroom to wash my hands. Two good things happen by doing that: 1. She gets her money, so she can relax a little knowing you are not going to stiff her. (Well, you probably are going to "stiff" her, but you get the idea.) 2. She knows your hands are freshly clean so she might be more receptive to you touching her all over -- inside and out.

Thanks again for your help.Most girls put ridiculous rates on their websites. I've seen dozens or hundreds who say $300 per hour on their websites, but advertise $200 or less on Backpage. If the rate isn't in the ad, just ask on the phone.
If you want to find out what's included, ask, but don't be too blatant. Don't ask "will you suck me off without a condom and let me blast in your mouth?" LOL. Instead ask if you can get an idea of what's included, if it's a full or partial session, and if they have any rules or limits you should know about.
Play each conversation by ear, paying attention to whether she seems friendly, cautious, or hostile, and don't just read off a script. Some girls will answer your questions, others will deflect them, and some will just hang up. It's like cold-calling to sell junk bonds; not every call will get one on the hook, but you'll eventually get some good ones.
Until you really know what you're doing, stick to girls with a history of ads and some reviews saying they're legit and not a ripoff, so you can learn by meeting and talking to them.

And I also found a few other glowing reviews from December 2016 on another review website. Those seem kind of sketchy, though. They might be self reviews. But based on the TER info she appears to be okay to try out. Just don't expect a GFE encounter with her.

If one is willing to use one's Facebook or LinkedIn account for verification, then that partly defeats the notion of using "burner" phones for mongering purposes. I understand that providers want to lower their exposure to unnecessary risks, but that shouldn't come at the expense of the customer. Just as a monger doesn't get into this hobby without a foreknowledge of the situation, so too a provider should not.
This notion of references works both ways. Would a provider feel comfortable providing references, including personal info, to mongers? I can sympathize with a provider not wanting to be stuck out on a limb but, if they feel the business is too risky without requiring references and verification of the sort that entail personal information from the customer, they are probably in the wrong business or the wrong environment. I refuse to play that game. Period.

Thanks again for your help.It's important to remember that every ad you see is nothing more than marketing with the sole purpose of getting you to schedule an appt and show up at the provider's door. That means fake pics are very common and even real pics may be old or taken from the most flattering angles. In other words, don't assume anything and be ready to walk away if the girl who opens the door is not what you expected. The best thing about this forum and the various review sites is that you can do some homework in advance to find out which women are worth seeing, which ones aren't worth the trouble and which ones are outright scammers.
About price, research the going rates ahead of time, know what you're willing to spend and don't let your little head do the thinking. There are providers out there with "Golden Pussy" syndrome who think you should pay big bucks just to be in the same room with them. Also remember that price doesn't necessarily correlate with service. If you RTFF you'll find plenty of reports of great service at lower price-points and crappy service from higher-priced girls.
Always protect yourself, your personal information (assume that anything you write in an email or text message will be out there forever) and trust your gut instincts. If something doesn't feel right, don't go through with it as there will always be another opportunity just down the road. And always have a Plan B (and maybe even a Plan C) because providers are not, as a general rule, the most reliable people on the planet (of course, that's true of many hobbyists as well). And one thing that really sucks is traveling some distance to see a provider only to have her flake out on you. Having a backup plan has saved the day for many a monger.

Now, after a girl is selected, there are 2 things to do. Phone Number search and picture search. Google Image or Tineye.
If Tineye comes up with different images then we know girl's image is false and need latest pics from her or one take's a chance and visits.
Google search. Now this is where I'm having the biggest issue.

Whatever her reason, the fact that she pulled the radio silence stunt on multiple occasions is an absolute deal-breaker.
But the second issue, the one that I raised, is that it's a good practice for every monger to have a Plan B (and even Plan C) ready to go for just such a situation. With so many providers working in the Springfield area, there were probably several within a few minutes of your location. So, after waiting a reasonable amount of time, moving to your Plan B provider will at least keep your trip from being a complete waste of time.
FWIW, I recently had a normally reliable provider flake out on me in Springfield and when I called my Plan B I found out she was staying in the same hotel. I had already parked and didn't need to move an inch. Life is crazy that way sometimes!

Sorry to be MIA for a while, but I've been "active" and would like to share my experiences.
1. There's a place near Fair Oaks mall called Lotus Flowerz. It's been reviewed a few times by others but have been my go to recently as it's kind of like McDonalds. Very convenient and you get consistent service. The girls are usually pretty young (<30 for the most part). Everything is covered, but they do a decent job of teasing you in the shower and afterwards. You can also opt for a shower afterwards, which is good. Yes, the first issue is that this time-wasting provider should be avoided. Whatever her reason, the fact that she pulled the radio silence stunt on multiple occasions is an absolute deal-breaker.
But the second issue, the one that I raised, is that it's a good practice for every monger to have a Plan B (and even Plan C) ready to go for just such a situation. With so many providers working in the Springfield area, there were probably several within a few minutes of your location. So, after waiting a reasonable amount of time, moving to your Plan B provider will at least keep your trip from being a complete waste of time.
FWIW, I recently had a normally reliable provider flake out on me in Springfield and when I called my Plan B I found out she was staying in the same hotel. I had already parked and didn't need to move an inch. Life is crazy that way sometimes!

I thought she was great at first. Unbeatable "deal" when it came to service and cost but I think things got worse as she became higher in demand. Some time ago, I posted some advice I was given by a provider about how to stay safe. It generated more PM questions than anything I have ever posted.
Over time a few additional admonitions have come my way. These are things providers have told me. Take these for what they are worth:
LE has been know to call providers and ask if the provider.
- Is a party girl (I don't know what this means).
- If uncovered service is available.
, - If 420 is ok (if you don't know what this means google it. I did).
If the answer is no to all of these, then the Uncle tends to look elsewhere. But if the answer is yes. Particularly the 420, Uncle may be paying a visit.
One provider believes that entrapment is legally easier for LE in DC and Maryland than it is in Virginia (who knows but look what happened to Marian Barry. Did the "lady" set him up?

Maybe Uncle LEO decides to launch a crackdown, with or without publicity. Or it may simply be a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Roamin Roman has some good tips for dealing with the police; I encourage newbies and others to search the forum for his posts on that matter.

I didn't get any rules from Alexis, but I also came into the session limp and not very demanding. I believe for the average monger the pictures are absolutely accurate to the girl that they will be seeing. There are a few pictures in her ad that are obviously of when she was younger, but anyone with common sense that see's the ad should be able to notice the discrepancy in age. She does have a fat ass and her face pictures are accurate. She can be a little cautious at first; with me she wanted to see what kind of car I was driving. She is very sweet. Always have several backup names and numbers handy to call when one flakes out. Also consider:
1. She sensed something in your voice (black? Too old? Too young?) that turned her off, so she gave you a crazy price that you were not supposed to agree to.
2. Providers purposely overbook, because many hobbyists flake on them too. You arrived the same time as someone else, and they called just before you did.
3. There could have been outside factors: One provider had to break an appointment with me because she was being kicked out the room by the management (weed). Another time I walked out of a room, just as an officer was answering a compliant someone a few doors down. (I called back to warn her, but the phone went dead). Believe me, sometimes they are doing you a favor by refusing to see you.
What I like to do is text back something like: "Thanks. I'll be there at- If she responds back: "OK" then you know she's waiting for you. If she doesn't return a text, I'll text later: "I am 10 minutes away. See you then. " If she still doesn't respond, prepare that you will be flaked on.
IMO. When a provider makes an appointment with me and "forgets" to send an address, I do not leave the house. I wait 15 minutes and call or text back. If no answer, I move on -no biggie. But when I get an address, I arrive, and that provider suddenly disappears after my numerous texts, I take it up with The Other Board.

She's real enough to answer her phone and give price and location info. But, as others have posted, there are several reasons why she might have flaked once you arrived. Some of those reasons could be understandable but most are probably due to flaky behavior like double-booking, etc.
FWIW, it's for this reason that I refuse to drive any significant distance to see an unreviewed provider. Or, if I do decide to TOFTT, I make sure to have a Plan B (and maybe C) as insurance against time-wasters.

Fellas, it is basic Econ 101 - the old supply and demand curve. The gals raise their price, but the men's demand stays the same. So why not charge what the market will allow?
Say they increase their price from $150 to 200, then maybe 1 guy says that's too much. But they can still make $1,200 seeing only 6 guys rather than 8. Less hours worked, less wear and tear on the body, but same $1,200 payoff.
It would take a concerted effort for guys to boycott the gals with the higher rates. The women would really have to feel the pinch before dialing back their fees. And that might take awhile. Can it happen? Yes, I guess anything is possible. Will it happen? Highly unlikely. Mongers are not an organized group. So they can't come together enough to make it work. And the little head makes them too impulsive and willing to pay the higher fares.
The best I have done was to get in on a few indies early, before their prices increased, and hope they grandfather me in at the lower rate. A couple have, but a few haven't. So the pool gets smaller. And I have to do more homework to find new options.
Now I have moved to a new market. Unfortunately, the DMV! Prices here are definitely inflated compared to DFW. I have had a severe case of sticker shock!

The price structure in Manassas, as just one example, is markedly different from that in Tysons. There's no insanity about it, really. The sticker shock you're experiencing is similar to how you'd feel if you had to buy or rent housing in NYC or SFO.
Hobbyists are never going to band together in any kind of way that can meaningfully affect pricing in the market but, by the same token, neither will providers. The best anyone can do is to play the cards dealt by the market as best they can. And, just like in any card game, that means doing your homework, being disciplined and recognizing when the "flow" is in your favor or going against you.
DMV absolutely has a lot of 150/300 providers but we also have a number of 100/180 and 100/200 ones, as well. I've also noticed quite a few AMPs featuring off-peak specials where you can get a one hr massage and std finish for less than 100. I also keep an eye out for providers posting and reposting their ads in such a way that it indicates they're not getting many clients.
But the bottom line is that mongers with little time (or motivation) for homework and plenty of disposable income will tend to bid up prices. We can recognize and bemoan that fact but the only effective response is to double down on our own efforts.

Two reviews on the oThER site, first one quite good (GFE) but second reviewer reported major upsell issues. Both are from 2014 so a lot has probably changed since then.
