Haven't been yet, hope ksat didn't spoil it but endless music is owned by perfect ten and Sugars so I guess they send their staff northbound for this new place. Most reviews have been variable to negative. I think I will check this place out soon and I will do a review.

Nine women were arrested as Harris County Sheriff's deputies raided the three places on 1960 near Red Oak.

Behind the dark-tinted glass, investigators say they found evidence of Houston's dirty little secret. What they know these raids show is that sex trafficking is alive and well.

Shackled and handcuffed, nine women in all were led out under arrest and didn't say a word. Officers busted three businesses in this one strip center. They advertise relaxation and massage when in fact, investigators believe what they really sell is sex.

"Found condoms, dark lit rooms, massage tables that are pushed up against the wall. Homemade massage tables, you know, just out of two by fours. They put a pad down and then they put a towel down on that," said Sgt. T. E. Kiser with the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

The women work at places called Empire, Royal and Crystal; businesses which share a parking lot with a day care and two churches. And it's not the first time they've been surrounded by patrol cars and raided.

Shirley Ratcliff at Hearing Aid Express next door says the questionable activity is obvious.

"They come at all hours of the day. They'll park way over there, drive over here, walk over here. You know what's going on," Ratcliff said.

But after each bust, the shops are back open within days. Officers arrest the women for prostitution, but who they really want are the people who profit.

"We have to peel the layers back, you know? You've got the girls. We have to get past those girls and find out who's bringing them in. They don't want to talk. They're afraid," said Sgt. Kiser.

The women, all of Asian descent, also live on site. Undercover officers say they found showers and beds in dingy back rooms.

"It's a big red flag, huge red flag," said Adam, who didn't want us to use his last name.

Suggesting they are really victims held against their will. Adam works undercover for a Christian non-profit whose mission is to end sex trafficking.

"They're held there against their will. Nobody wants to eat, sleep and work all in the same place. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week," Adam said.

Along with the nine arrests, officers also cited two women for not having their massage therapist licenses. Of them all, only one cooperated. They took her for questioning and they hope she will lead them to the owner, but they say they're skeptical.

I wondered why Flower Spa, later named Green Tea, Executive Tan, Executive X, and most recently that I saw, Meridian on Austin Highway near Perrin-Beitel Road disappeared. Tonight I found the below articles explaining why.

If police targeted this San Antonio massage parlor recently, they may be targeting others soon. It may seem San Antonio's many massage parlors are being tolerated. These articles suggest employees (or independent contractors) who work in massage businesses and their customers should not be too sure of this.

Here's a December 18,2023 report (just over a month ago) about a similar police operation in Michigan:

Police raids of massage parlors often include arrest of male customers. Police have even taken over a massage parlor, female police officers replace the masseuses, and arrest customers who ask for or agree to pay for one kind of sexual conduct or another. In one Houston report I saw customers who agreed to a higher price for an "adult hand massage" suggested by the undercover female police officers, rather than a lower price for a regular massage, were arrested even though "adult hand massage" was undefined. This would seem to qualify as entrapment. You can Google that term. Sex between consenting adults is not a crime UNLESS there is an agreement to pay for it. Prostitution is a CRIME OF WORDS. So REFUSE when a masseuse, with words or gestures, asks you to pay for "sexual conduct" (which includes hand jobs and oral sex). A nod of your head counts the same as a spoken "yes".

If she engages in sexual conduct with you without her asking you to pay for it, and without you offering or agreeing to pay for it -- if there is no offer or agreement to pay for sexual conduct -- it seems to me no crime has been committed. If that happens, you still can give her a generous tip for her massage as you leave, but be clear you are only paying her for her massage.

Google "massage arrest arrests raid raids" and you will find news reports of police arresting people at massage spas all over Texas from the city of Orange in East Texas to areas in West Texas. This appears to be a good time to stay away from massage parlors and on-line escorts. Some news reports are about police placing fake escort ads to ensnare men who answer them. Especially do not answer massage spa or escort advertisements that include words like full service, FS, BJ, BBBJ, GFE, happy ending, or anal, since your doing so leaves no doubt your intention was to pay for "sexual conduct", which is now a felony in Texas.

Massage parlors where FS & BBBJ are available have been popping up everywhere over much of the USA, and older shops where it wasn't done before are beginning to offer a wide-open menu, if you believe the reports anybody can find on the Internet. It is easy for police to pose as customers to verify the on-line reports and make arrests. And remember Robert Kraft who was charged after police hid candid cameras in massage rooms and recorded him (reportedly) getting a hand job. So with the recent spate of raids and arrests at massage parlors, owning a massage parlor, or working in one, or patronizing one has become something like playing Russian roulette.

Residents want local massage parlor shut down following prostitution charges.

"In January, San Antonio police arrested an employee after they say she offered to perform sexual acts to an undercover officer. ".

Sexual conduct for a fee is a crime in Texas, at a massage shop or elsewhere, but is it illegal if there is no offer or agreement to pay a fee for sexual conduct?

12 men arrested in undercover operation targeting child exploitation.

SAPD says during the holiday season. The department's Human Exploitation Unit worked with undercover female officers to arrest the suspect accused of engaging in the solicitation of children online.

SAPD adding detectives within the unit work diligently to build cases during the covert operation.

Police say this is not over yet and the operation has led to an additional 15 other suspects.

Arrest warrants for those 15 additional suspects will be posted soon, according to police.
