I am not one to call folks out at all. It really irks me when folks get into spitting matches on the board. I just wanted to point something out. If true, I see where a john's could be seized if he makes an offer to a SW while in his car and even does the deed in the car. But I don't get how a girl responding to an ad on BackPage falls under this law. Yes, they drove their car to the hotel but the commission of the crime was in the hotel room. I guess it comes down to the legal meaning of the word "commission" or whatever the actual word is in the TN statute.

Her car was seized because she had knowledge that he shouldn't be driving. She lost her car.
Good news is you can buy it back.

TTWhat TT says is true. I had a family member whose son was arrested for selling drugs at 18. As part of the settlement the family was allowed to buy back their own car for $4000. 00. This really sucks but the car was a Honda Accord worth almost $20k. This is why I never park anywhere near an in all date, always on foot. If ever arrested I will first answer no questions and ask for a lawyer. Let those fucks find my car if they can. Be safe out there and always, always do your homework.
