Yes, it means looking through a lot of pets and other ads, but I use Craigslist Fusion (may not work with the latest browsers) so I can view content without opening the ad by simply moving my mouse over the title of the post (see my Useful Tools blog).

She had a cleaning company, did modeling and hostessing so she should have some savings and income. The whole point of an arrangement is both sides mutually benefit. I have seen several posts over the years about people carrying "protection" while engaging in our hobby. I personally feel this gives you a false sense of security and leads you into situations you may not normally go, simply because you are "packing heat".
I feel the argument starting as I type. "But I have a concealed carry permit" you say. Yep, so do I. However, it becomes void the minute you pull into the motel, hotel, house, yard. Etc of the provider you are seeing. The following is straight from the concealed permit webpage:

Sometimes in life you just have to roll with the bad luck, count your blessing that your ok, and as my First Sgt use to say, laugh about it over a beer one day.
My concealed carry instructor put it very plainly. If your the type of man whose pride will not allow you to be called a "Mother Fucker" and walk away, you really don't need a concealed carry permit.
Everyone know the rules:
1. if it don't feel right, drive away.
2. show up early, take a look around.
3. don't be desperate for that piece of ass. There are other days and other ass.
4. leave all your stuff in the car except for the donation amount and maybe a little extra tip $.
5. swing the door all the way open before stepping in. Verify the door has a second lock.
6. tell her you need to take a piss so you can check the bath room.
7. make sure she is taking her clothes off before you.
8. . A lot more that I'm sure you guys know.
Now: Here is one thing that I have and do use that some may not think about. Always have your car keys in your hand with your thumb / finger on the panic button of the key fob. Its amazing the reaction you get if you start to leave your vehicle, see one or more dubious individuals lurking about, then all of a sudden your car alarm starts blaring and the lights start flashing. Imagine roaches when the lights come on. LOL Again, the range on most is far enough to reach all the way from the room.
If you feel the least bit skeptical once your in the room. Start the sound a light show. Great Distraction and great excuse to bug out of the room.
Again, all of this is just an opinion. The objective is to have fun, stay safe, stay out of the news.

I believe in the advice of only take what you are prepared to lose / walk away from.
Only pull if a weapon is displayed or is being used on you. It very well may get worse legally before it gets better.
