I'm not sure if you guys saw but on the news the state legislature is trying to push for more of a harsh sentence for those who get caught in the hobby. A report in SC says human trafficking is up 36% in the state. They want to make it mandatory jail time for those who are caught. I know most of us disagree with human trafficking and only want consenting adults. The crack down is coming.

Patronizing grown and free minded ladies is a different matter. I've turned down providers who look too young or appear to forced into it. Even some drunk or drugged out ladies are a risk- I pass them by. I have my favorite providers who I know are free to come and go and usually supporting their kids it relatives. I'll keep on my game plan.

If the "love brokers" hadn't taken PPP loans I doubt it would have went down as it did. LEO has a problem discerning free enterprise from human trafficking. Now none of us ought to promote trafficking, and the victims should be protected. We all have to rely on our wits, to avoid trafficking. I'd go so far as dropping a dime on a criminal trafficking unwilling ladies. Plenty of enterprising ladies freely monetizing remain available.

I don't surf this thread a lot, but this story is 100% true. https://wpde.com/news/local/prostitution-operation-undercover-soliciting-sex-myrtle-beach-horry-county-hotel-sled-10-arrested-21st-avenue-north-south-carolina.The sting that people were questioning was the claim that Richland county had a sting about 2 weeks ago basically sometime at the end of April of 2024. The one in your link is the one in Myrtle Beach and I believe many people saw the Myrtle Beach or Horry county sting on the news too and that one wasn't in question.
I think everyone knows including yourself that public embarrassment and trying to cause fear is a much more powerful deterrent than the actual criminal punishment for either provider or hobbiest when it comes to prostitution arrests. Since there was nothing in the news about a very recent Richland county arrest or sting or operation it looks suspect.

Did anyone watch on patrol live this weekend? A provider was arrested after arguing with a guy and Uncle LEO was called by the hotel manage. They was off broad river. They didn't show their faces but she was a blond. I didn't recognize her. Tall blond. For God's sake don't argue with these girls just take a loss and leave.
