I tried to set up a dream with AmberCHS, but I think I am glad it didn't turn out. I emailed her yesterday to check on availability today. I offered to send references and she said to please send them. I finally heard from her about noon today for a 4 pm appt. Xoxo Amber.North Charleston seems to be the most popular but is also the most sketchy. Ashley Phosphate is particularly dumpy and I'll never go there. I'm sure the hotels in North Charleston are cost effective but IMHO you're catering more to the low-end client base there. There are some decent places around the Tanger Outlets I don't mind going to though.
I've never understood why more providers don't set up in Mt Pleasant or one of the decent parts of West Ashley. Far more convenient for people who live in the actual city of Charleston as opposed to the trailer park dwellers in Nchas / Summerville / Monck's Corner to get to you that way.
I wouldn't bother with downtown. It's nice but the places will be more pricey, lots of traffic and parking can be a hassle.
Without naming any names, if I were you I'd pick a mid grade chain hotel in Mt Pleasant near the Ravenel bridge, or Savannah Highway in West Ashley, between the Ashley River and I-526.

Ashley Phosphate is a mixed bag. You have nice like holiday inn, double tree, sleep inn, Hawthorne, residence inn, the Hyatt.
Then you have junk like the econo and the like.
Tanger you have nice places like the Hampton inn. Marriott of Goer is extremely nice. Best night ever there.
FYI: some places have locked doors at night. Would require a key card.

Some of the higher end places by Northwoods mall. I try to stay away from downtown. Crappy parking and traffic. Since my hobby time is limited I also consider travel time to and from wherever I'm going so central locations are preferred. That being said daytime availability does allow me some flexibility.

So I was fortunate enough to pass the screening requirements and get in to see Ariana this week. She intends to be here until Saturday for those that care.
Well reviewed provider with some pretty stringent qualifications. No. She will not see what she considers to be an overweight individual. Or AA men. Or smokers. First contact us via email, followed by a confirmation email with number to call upon arrival.
