I answered all the questions inline in my response. I have also attached screenshots of part of my conversations with Kate. You can clearly see it is the same number as the add. She called me right after the first text. She did mention she recently changed phones, so that could be part of the number change.
I will also add I have seen Olivia Wylde at her location in West Ash near Walmart and I have seen Russian Mary in Goose Creek. I am generally more a customer of the HE places than FS, but I occasionally venture out.
In the upstate, I was a customer of Erica, Jada and Desire the poet, going all the way back to Porsha and NSNQBBBJ Griff.
Several years ago there was a HE provider here, I'm pretty sure her name was Haley, who was killed in a car wreck. She had a trailer in Goose Creek, if that dates it to how long I've been out of the game.

The verdict is out.
First, apology on behalf of all members here to Lostdog for being skeptical on his post about Kate. First post. Glowing review. Always a red flag for us. I am sure you understand. For anyone out there planning on writing first post here. If it is a positive one, keep it balanced and give us details so that we don't become paranoid about it.
Anyway, I trusted LostDog after his response and with my first gut feeling about Kate being real, I took the plunge, and glad I did. Here is a summary:
1. First and most important, she is legit.
2. Communication is Ok (mostly text). But you may want to expect slight delays, anyway she is responsive.
3. She is 20-25 yr range. More closer to 25, I guess.
4. Photos in the ad (at least the once with her tattoo on leg) are accurate.
5. Ok face, but not bad at all. Probably at top 25% of BP advertisers.
6. Youthful body, no saggy skin, I would have liked her boobs to be somewhat more perky, given her age.
7. Very friendly and talkative, that didn't bother me.
8. Willing to please, not a clock watcher.
9. Turned off the phone when I got there (good sign).
10. You may hear about her being a graduate student, and student loans, seeing only one or two per day. Just ignore them.
11. CJB (offered BBBJ, but elected for CBJ first), Mish, CG, K9.
12. No evidence of hard drugs, but alcohol may be involved.
13. Overall good experience, but YMMV as usual. I will repeat.

You are correct about the rough providers. Many are caught up in drama and do not understand closing a deal. Can make for an awkward situation. I'm not difficult. I just expect truth in advertising and have some social skills upon meeting.
I think we communicated under previous name. I know I use to bounce info back and forth with Lurkingdog but maybe with you too. Anyway, I'm glad you were able to get that straightened out.

So had only my second encounter with a BP provider the other day. For those who read about my first one might remember it wasn't all that great. Since I'm new to the BP scene I'm sticking with reviewed girls don't think I'm ready to toftt yet. So after calling and texting about 5 or 6 providers with no response I was about to give up and say this scene isn't for me I guess. Then Kat got back to me and after a few texts back and forth we set something up. This was an incall and she was at a decent hotel. When I arrive I text and she said give her a couple more minutes after 5 minutes I text and said I'm uncomfortable sitting here in the parking lot 5 more minutes go by and she texts me the room #. I get to the room and she greets me with a hug and apologizes for the wait. Her room was spotless and she has some scented wax burning. We chat for about 10 minutes she then gives me her rules which werent much didn't say she kisses or allows daty but didn't say it was off the table either I didn't try either so not sure. It has been a while since I have posted, but I just want to say thank you to Lost Dog and Dr. Summer. I saw Kate and she is awesome. She looks about 24. She is the girl in the pictures and has a sweet pleasing personality. She does talk a lot like the previous review mentioned, but she does not count it towards the time. I can tell she is intelligent and a good person. The location is upscale, as is pretty much everything about this girl. I saw her for an hour and had the best experience I have had in a really long while. No rush at all and she gives you the time you pay for. She is not cheap, but good service is not cheap. All I can say is that she is worth every penny. I opted for the total GFE which is slightly higher than her regular rate. Greek is available for extra, but I'm not really into that. She was total GFE and she made me feel like she was like my college girlfriend. She is into pretty much everything and very customer service oriented. She really wants to please. The BBBJ was the absolute best ever. DT and everything. Wow. You haven't lived until you have experienced it. Also, this girl can ride and really enjoys CFS. Please be respectful to her. I like what you guys are saying that the ice breaking chit chat doesn't count against you. As it shouldn't. One of our more concrete friends thought clock watching actually required looking at a clock. No it would also include all the stalling chit chat and the "neighbor" coming by to pick up his lunch at the very convenient / in convenient time. This is the kind of games and logic that will get you a county or state sponsored vacation.

So had only my second encounter with a BP provider the other day. For those who read about my first one might remember it wasn't all that great. This matches my experience with these two. I can't imagine the income they could pull if they did things right. I think they are just looking for enough to get by on for the day and will rip you.

As football season approaches let me give you some "Keys to the game " to help you get some more wins.
#1) Research Research Research! - You can't do enough of it. Read the boards, see who is reliable, see who flakes.
#2) Build Relationships. Build a relationship with senior members and veteran hobbyist. We all have a few go to ladies that will always pick up when you text / call. Some may be willing to share that info with you. Also build relationships with the ladies you see. They always have a few friends they work with and most of the time they will share them with you.
#3) Travel. In my experiences I found that the further I am away from home the better chances I've had. Different area codes to these ladies means less chances of a police sting, less chances of a robbery, more chance of showing up.

I feel your pain, but this a game of patience. In my experience, the success rate with BP advertisers (meaning having a good session with a good looking girl) is very very low. We all have to accept that. Once you find a good one, build a relationship and keep them.

As you can see #3 and 4 are mostly dependent on her and under her control, very little you can do to change. Only thing you can do, is do research and pick the girls that you will have more chance of success. But, based on your post, what you have trouble with is steps #1, and 2 which mostly under your control. Let me give you some pointers that may help. They work for me, but not necessarily for everyone, we all have our own style.
1. Expect close to 50% of your requests to get no response if you are texting randomly. Percentage response rate is higher with well reviewed providers. But check what the reviewer said about responding. She may be a slow responder.

Tucker's track record reaches far beyond Charleston so she can't say us Charleston guys are picking on her. Provide a respectable service at a reasonable donation and the good reviews will follow. I've yet to see a good review on miss Tucker. I was going to see her back in January but there were negative reviews which have remained very consistent. It was interesting that she had porn playing (allegedly) but even the choice there came across as annoying to the reviewer.
An excellent session flows upon walking in. There is no excessive wait. There is no time wasted with makeup or rest room (basically anything that can be done prior). Phones are silenced and put away. There are no other people around to create distractions, such as knocking on there door or entering. No pets around creating distractions etc, etc.
When there is a lot of this, it indicates that you are totally unhappy with the work. Good providers do not rush. Some either seem to enjoy the interaction or see the value in investing in a person who will become a regular. I understand that chemistry will not be there with all, but I've yet to see or hear of any good chemistry. That is not meant to be a universal or absolute comment. I personally have not seen "any" positive comments. Therefore, I did not continue my attempts to arrange an appointment.

Welcome to the forum. I have seen Taylor few times at the location you mentioned. Never gone silent on me, always on time. This is my explanation of what happened to you based on how she communicates with me. I have to text her when I am 5 min away (may be she needs to get ready). Then I text when I am at the location. She gives me the building number, and I have to text her when I am parked in front of that particular building. Then she gives me the room number. I don't get out of the car until I get her room number. I think it may have taken too long than average for you to text from the time you arrived and getting to the front of building as you walked. Or she may have someone watching from the parking lot in front of the building and gives her clearance to make sure you don't pose a danger. I can't confirm either of above, just my theory. Most of these girls are working with someone (male or female) for their safety. Good providers make sure they are out of the sight of the client. There was onetime she had a friend of hers (I think her name is Lima or something) in the rest room she told be beforehand, and I saw her and okayed that. I have not seen any evidence of someone else "management', but doesn't mean there are not there.
She is an OK girl for me. Not top tier, but generally respectful and gets the job done without BS.

For what it's worth, do you really think I would take the time to set up an account to put a made up story on here? If so you're underestimating my laziness. I honestly only put the report on here in hopes that wouldn't happen anyone else. I've known this girl for years now, there's always some shady stuff going on with her, that's to be expected. I was getting desperate in finding a provider after not having any luck searching for the right one the past few days. Ended up settling on Taylor who has been mentioned here previously. I was not implying that you are just a random person stumbled on this site and made a fake account and cooked up a story for fun. That is the last of possibilities. If the story is not true, the likely possibilities are:

BTW, why I said the pieces of your story don't add up (that would amount to an attempted robbery):
1. You said you have seen her before, and saw her at the hotel that day. A stupid way to set up a robbery when she knows that you know who she is.
2. The girl in question continue to use the same name and continuing with ads with same number. Not a logical modus operandi of a robber (I agree these girls may not be that smart).
Anyway, as I said before I am not taking her side, and I have no intention of seeing her again. What you posted may very well be true. Just want our forum members to be open-minded with someones first post.

For what it's worth, do you really think I would take the time to set up an account to put a made up story on here? If so you're underestimating my laziness. I honestly only put the report on here in hopes that wouldn't happen anyone else. I've known this girl for years now, there's always some shady stuff going on with her, that's to be expected. But I sensed something was really off this time, and I was right. Is it possible that one of her friends was just entering the room, maybe, but why would he cup his hands at the window and look inside, or at least try to.
