I've noticed that many of the girls are now asking higher rates than what was the norm 6 mo ago. If they always have customers, they can raise the rates and see who shows up. If they still have a full schedule that's their new rate. If it lowers their numbers, they might lower the rate again.

That's just the market rate for the area right now unfortunately. There isn't enough supply to meet demand, so they can charge $ for poor service. You can get much better quality and service in other parts of the world for less and more time, which would be probably be what the rates would be here if prostitution was allowed as it is in other parts of the world.
