FARRELL A former Farrell patrolman is accused of patronizing a prostitute and trying to cover it up with a fake police report, according to court documents.
Tyler Valimont, 34, of 402 Indiana Ave. , Farrell, was fired from his part-time post in December for conduct unbecoming a Farrell police officer, City Manager Michael Ceci said.
Valimont was charged on Thursday with patronizing prostitutes, tampering with and fabricating evidence, obstruction of administration of the law or other governmental functions and official oppression.
The charges all misdemeanors that carry potential prison time were filed after an investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Organized Crime Task Force. Farrell police Chief Jon Rococi asked the state police to investigate an incident that involved Valimont.
According to the state police report of that incident, while in full uniform and driving a marked Farrell cruiser, Valimont met a 27-year-old woman behind a closed professional office during his overnight shift Nov. 7 into Nov. 8.
Valimont did not conduct any basic police functions, turned off his headlights and told the woman to do the same, the report said. He also did not tell his superiors or another patrolman on duty about the meeting, which was cut short when another officer drove by on routine patrol.
According to the report, the woman said that Valimont told her he had a year and a day to arrest her, and she better respond to his calls and text messages.
Police obtained text messages that were exchanged between the two from about 11 pm Nov. 7 through 5 am Nov. 8. The messages were personal and sexual in nature, the report said.
The woman said she responded because she was afraid Valimont would arrest her. She also said she deleted the texts because he told her to, the report shows.
According to the police investigation, when Valimont was asked to write up a report on the incident, he complied and claimed in that report that he was attempting to obtain a confidential informant. His report included false information about the location, time and details of the meeting, according to the state police.
The woman also told police that Valimont paid her $80 for sex in September and, police reported they found text messages from Sept. 12 that backed up her claim.
She also told police that Valimont told her not to cooperate with the investigation, to tell investigators that he acted professionally with her and told her not to release her phone records, the report states.
Ceci said Valimont was let go in December, based on an internal investigation. "We stopped our investigation at the point where we no longer wanted him to be employed with us," Ceci said.
"We were not investigating the criminal aspect of the case," he said.
Valimont was issued an arrest summons through the court of Judge Ronald Antos in Farrell. No court date has been set and the state Attorney General's Office is expected to prosecute the case.
Valimont is also the former police chief for Stoneboro. He made news last year when he set up a Go Fund Me account online and was soliciting donations to train his dog as a police K-9.
The Allied Newspaper of Grove City recently reported that the Stoneboro council fired Valimont on Aug. 2 and rehired him on Oct. 4. He was then able to resign and was awarded a settlement agreement of $10,000 severance pay and $1,500 reimbursement for legal fees.The real question is what girl was he with, because there's really only one girl consistently operating out of that area.

OK I've been AWOL For a while now but damn boys and girls I guess ytown has dried up for this committed monger. My ATF looks like she will have an extended vacation at the B and B In from the last time I seen her definitely needed. Ok I may have gott too snuggles with her but it really was good when the demon couldn't latch on. I made a few visits to it right before it was busted. It was a house off of Mahoning tucked away behind some businesses. Advertised as Lipstick & High Heels. Had to make an appt to go there. Fully stocked bar right inside and 3 private bedrooms. Most girls were from out of town.

I texted both and both replied, neither gave any indication they were cops, neither asked for anything specific. I asked them both for their age and both replied they were of age, 19 and 21 specifically. So basically neither gave me any obvious red flags. Both had ads up for two days only and now they are gone. I have not tried to contact either since.

You are right about them busting johns like they are saving the world, but at the end of the day justice is at least somewhat served and we have reasonable judges, johns get released at the scene and when they go into court, plea bargains to disorderly conduct. Look up the cases from the Liberty sting, about half have been closed and all have reduced charges. One of them even had the case dismissed entirely.

And the poor driver was charged initially with a felony but then reduced to the new bullshit engaging in prostitution statute just for giving her a ride. Incredible. This guy third on the list got only a misdemeanor obstructing official business for deleting a text app. However, if the app was deleted before you got to the meeting, they can't go in and secure it. Very good knowledge for those that maybe arent as savvy and are prone to plunge into a sting, and also, no proof if he deleted the app before or after apprehension, so he probably didn't invoke his right to remain silent and created that charge on himself.

I have severe health problems, I won't be around forever. Its my hope that what I've taught everyone they will know what to look for when I'm dead and gone and stay safe. Check the court docket, says east palestine. Salem, east palestine, they run stings in both areas and this is proven anyone who goes there is an idiot. News must have made a typo, or maybe the docket sheet had a typo. Happens all the time. Regardless we know where it stemmed from .
So keep in mind, at the time of my initial post all I had to go off of was the docket sheet that said arresting agency "east palestine police department" which can be seen on the site. Its possible that a detective with the initials D H, who is an east palestine detective who has been doing these operations for decades, assisted in the operation that eventually came to a head with the arrest occurring in salem, that's why it says "east palestine police department" as the arresting agency even though it occurred in another area. They are all floating sting ads, can take place anywhere they decide as we have seen in the news dockets, and the departments assist each other in the operations.

So keep in mind, at the time of my initial post all I had to go off of was the docket sheet that said arresting agency "east palestine police department" which can be seen on the site. Its possible that a detective with the initials D H, who is an east palestine detective who has been doing these operations for decades, assisted in the operation that eventually came to a head with the arrest occurring in salem, that's why it says "east palestine police department" as the arresting agency even though it occurred in another area. They are all floating sting ads, can take place anywhere they decide as we have seen in the news dockets, and the departments assist each other in the operations.So you like go to all the area courts websites everyday and check their arraignments? That seems like it would be so time consuming and not to mention kind of pathetic for the like 9 mongers left on here. Do you need some type of counseling or treatment? If anything it would have stemmed from "Chocolate delight on a chilli day ". I have searched the arraignments in both girard and trumbull eastern district court and found no engaging in prostitution arrests. Haven't seen anything in the news either. Especially when you consider that A: they only showed up after the sting ads were correctly identified and B: all I am doing is filling in the blanks of what they don't tell the fools of the general public in the mainstream news and of course the elite dont want us peasants to know about their dirty tricks. And there was also a woman they lured down there from Austintown, arrest performed yesterday, warrant to discharge issued to jail today. Upon research not exactly sure how they got her to go down there, haven't seen her on SKG, and since nobody goes to Austintown anymore either so unsure of who she was. Makes you wonder if they are getting these arrests from portions of craigslist as well in addition to SKG, such as the missed connections section. Guess we will find out.

Sure, oftentimes those are pretty cut and dry and you likely won't get dismissed, but alot of the times you will be able to pay a fine and keep the points off your license! Everyone should go to court and at least try to plea their ticket down! If not, thank the cop and judge for the opportunity take the penalty and move on! License points are the first step to suffering for people, license points lead to increased insurance costs and license suspensions and license suspensions lead to job loss which leads to homelessness and suffering which leads to crime.
Same concept as people arrested for prostitution, arrests can destroy lives! not legalization, but decriminalization is the way to go, that way victims can be identified and nobody can be forced, but people still have freedoms to do what they want with their bodies. for now it should be on a case by case basis, men and women. Sure some are scumbags and deserve to be popped. But some may just need some love and a second chance! or this scenario for example, what if that woman is working a job and needs a quick side hookup to keep her electric on this month? then she is arrested, loses her job , and spirals downhill. how did that help anyone? Went to court, talked to the prosecutor before the trial, admitted guilt but explained it was out of character based on my clean record and I was distracted. Dropped it down to a non-moving violation so no points with trivial fine / court fees. Key is having a clean record.

Said it looked questionable, he said he straight up asked if the girl was of age because she looked kind of young in the ad, and she replied that she was over 18.
