I am what I guess to consider a seasoned veteran in the hobby, and I go in spurts (pun intended) of appointments. I have only visited the notels north of the border off telegraph, but today I had to make a stop at the Marathon gas station south of telegraph. As some of you know that is next to a few other notels. For some reason or another I've stayed away from those spots (saw a report on the news of a severe case of bed bugs at one a year or so back). Today when I stopped at the gas station I couldn't help but notice the activity at the notel next to the gas station. With a few girls I was able to identify from BP, one of which I'm sure was Layla (which I still want to see). Now the negative. They all seemed to be hanging out with younger guys that didn't seem to be hobbiests, but actual boyfriends. Is this normal to anyone, or are my internal red flags steering me correctly away?

To update my post, I fell asleep and dreamed again I met her at the intersection she requested. And sat there a half hour with no response for a half hour. As soon as I got on the highway home, she responded and was very apologetic saying her phone was having issues and she didn't get my texts until then, and all at once. I tend to believe her as she seemed to feel pretty bad and honestly the spot I was in had little or no cell reception. It was likely my phone didn't send the messages she didn't get, until I got into an area with better service.
Now. I am going to post my only complain first. The area and notel was shady as hell and an area I absolutely will not return to. As a matter of fact, as I pulled in the hotel a street walker flagged me down as I was doing a you-turn. The shithole also rents by the hour. Hope they actually clean the sheets, because they certainly need to now. I suggested a nicer place (even though I was paying for either one), and she was reluctant. Can't say I blame her as I am after all, a complete stranger. After our visit she agreed that next time we could definitely go to a better place as I complained a couple times about the atmosphere. The fucking TV's have porn streaming for fucks sake.
Now. I am pretty new to this hobby and even newer to here. She's my third girl I have had dreams about, and by far the best one. Met Bailey there a couple weeks ago, and as soon as I left she made a bee line to another room around the side opposite the gas station. I've seen this behavior from others as well. But in the room no one shed of evidence a guy is staying there. So I am about 90% positive the candy man has his own mini mart at the back of the motel.

Waste of time.
Tried to meet her Tuesday night. Long responses to text and finally stopped responding.

Might be a case of you being too flexible. I rarely schedule more than a couple hours in advance and include a meeting time in my initial contact. If she can't be ready within a reasonable amount of time, I won't wait. I used to tolerate Amanda's tardiness only because I knew she was going to take it raw. No more.
Sun AMP on Secor is my go to backup plan when the ladies decide to not answer the phone or vanish at appointment time. I still don't grasp the vanishing act that so many of the ladies pull. It happens way too much. Even with ladies we've seen before.
I also agree that the selection seems to be poorer than it has been in a while. Please share a report on Mira if you do eventually see her. I've had her on my short list. I saw Ms Bailey late last night when I was in the area after dropping my buddy off at the casino. My dream lasted an hour, she is a sweet beautiful lady, with a killer body and personality. I was a bit nervous and she calmed me down with a nice massage, which helped a lot. I had no problems with any one or did I feel unsafe at any time. Well got to see what Ms Bailey is all about. After a long trying process. Must agree with the rest. Very cute girl. Her tits are most impressive. She's young enough to where they could be real. I didn't see any scars, and have nothing to compare it to since I just visited her for the 1st time. She has some hair down below which I'm typically not a fan of, but she pulls it off. I was on the east side Monday and saw a toothless wonder that looked similar to her. When I came home I checked her fb page and sure enough it was her. I drive into Toledo to see her and don't know any of the "bad" parts of town. But I've never had any issues coming or going regardless of time of day. Will repeat again.
