If the provider lives in that same area where there is a police station then there will be a good chance of a police number showing up. The other issue concerning young provider's ads does not make sense either? LEO would have to use a "stock" photo of a young provider. Do a Tineye search and see if its a photo used alot around the country first. If Tineye hits than avoid anyways because its probably a bait and switch or LEO.
