The Dayton Police force is down 33 officers from that past. This too made the DDN not long agao.

All he had to do is not say nor admit to anything. It don't matter what he do for a living. Keep in mind he could have said in court if asked that he was just try to get her out of that life and that he did give her money but that because she needed food. In most cases, if they don't have any other evidence, they'll have to let you go. If you pick up an undercover, you WILL be arrested. But if you pick up a SW and she ALSO sticks to not saying anything, the cops will know they have a pretty slim case. They'll probably take down all your info, and threaten you with arrest if they ever catch you in the neighborhood again. But you'll get to go home, not to jail. And your name will probably not make the papers and the news (cops tend not to publicize the people they DON'T arrest).

The reporter and the professor kept drilling the phrases "trafficking" & "slavery," but the girl they interviewed was neither enslaved or trafficked: She said she was insecure and needed male approval and turned to hooking. She continued to live with her parents the whole time and even moved with them when they left the area. She says she was afraid of her pimp and that's why she kept it up for 2 years. .2 Years? That's bullshit. To me, trafficking and slavery imply relocating girls for illicit purposes and undercutting them to make them stay in the job. Those terms probably apply to the asian girls at the AMP's, but not the SW world. Most girls I've met on the East side of Dayton grew up within a few blocks. They turn tricks because they can. Money in the pocket just for walking out the door and sucking some cock. Yes, many blame boyfriends and "pimps," but most of that is just hooker thinking to make them feel better about what they do. Be careful of out of the blue providers who offer up very quickly that they are staying at the Marriott.I would say be extra careful meeting any backpage provider who wants to meet at any hotel located in the city of Dayton. You don't want to meet the Dayton vice squad team instead. I don't think this was their first backpage sting and maybe not their last.

It is best never to go to any place that you do not select. I never go to someone's incall. May miss some action that way but you also don't risk the vice squad coming at ya or an angry boyfriend or whatever. It's my car, my spot, or a place of my choosing. At least that minimizes the potential danger.

Can someone explain to me exactly how a provider using a BP ad to make arrangements for a back rub in the privacy of her own home, a room in a hotel or a rented apartment can have a negative affect on any public community? I kind of understand a business owner being upset about a parade of street walkers and their 'handlers' marching up and down a public street in front of their establishment, likely discouraging potential customers from wanting to stop in or having to compete for the sidewalk. I can also understand the irritation that families and wives might have when girls are peering into cars or trying to get their husbands attention when they're stopped in traffic or at traffic signals, and I can understand when a mother has to shield the eyes of her children when an indiscreet john / SW decide to conduct business in an alley or parking lot within public view, but for the life of me I cannot see how these individual female entrepeneurs, often with few other skills or little education, are causing any disturbance of community standards when everything they do is out of public view? As was reported in the DDN, most of those tax paying citizens, unfortunate enough to be put on public display, were not from the Dayton community. The incall location (which was listed as an apartment and wasn't even in the report) was actually created by those sworn to serve and defend. How could this possibly improve their community? By ridding the streets of men, that would not have even been there had they not been attracted there by popo's artificial bait in the first place? I have yet to figure out why the American Civil Liberties Unions are not all over the type of entrapments that occurred in Dayton last week? Oh yeah, they're too busy defending gay marraige, and those occupying wallstreet camps in public areas, while ignoring red light and speeding cameras.

Besides, the prisons are overcrowded now anyway so LEO doesn't want to contribute people who would have to get locked up. They are happy going after the relatively harmless crimes which help fill the city's coffers but don't take up bed space in the local lockup.

Heard from a couple of friends of mine in the business that scheduled appts are dropping off because of the "fear" created by articles such as these and that they are convinced that every BP ad is now part of a sting. Get a life!
If you stick with the girls that are there day after day. And have been in the business for a while. You will be fine. They understand your privacy, they usually are not turning tricks just for the next drug hit (I know there are exceptions to this rule. But not typically those who post every day) , and they are very good at making you feel appreciated.
The random ad that pops us with the new girl in town is usually a big red flag.
Good Luck. Be careful. But be real! Not every ad is a leo sting. This business has been around since the beginning of time. It ain't going away anytime soon!

Enjoy!As long as you reported it as a theft, which is what he did then you could probably get away with it. Escorting is not a crime, solicitation for sex is. Proving that she stole might be difficult unless you had the presence of mind to write the serial numbers down before she took the envelope from your bathroom, dresser or wherever you left it. I am not sure that I would try it but it is an interesting approach.

Yes, unfortunately one of those girls (Becca) is a frequent visitor of the gray bar hotel. She was arrested three times last year.

Same sting, contacted a 2 girl team, paid them $200 or $400 and watched them play with each other then busted them. Always notice though there's never a mention of how long they watched, LMAO coulda been for an hour or whatever. You or I get busted for this but they're given the money and get paid to do it.

No visual of illegal activity. Even if money there with fingerprints or serial number tracking somehow, what kind of case is possible? No illegal activity witnessed. Phone records, if can be traced to you could have texts about activities. All circumstantial but maybe enough? Again, nobody say anything without lawyer. Unless you are high value target how much money will they spend to build a circumstantial case? If they can't get either side to plea where does it go? Maybe tracking large number of licenses with surveillance and breaking down a client to testify. I just wish I knew. The ones I have heard of ended when the client lawyered up. What a waste of resources. Stay alert. JG

If you cruise the north main, you will want to be on the look out for this cross dresser and other creeping degenerates that seem to hang out in that area. He has a few arrests for theft, prostitution, and drugs. Most likely when he has his court appearance next week he will plead guilty, get credit for time served, and be back out masquerading again.

Donnell D. J. McMullen. 34, of 102 N. Florence Ave, is a suspect in two cases in May and one last month where the women alleged they were kidnapped and raped, at least two of them claiming a knife was held to their throat during the assault, according to police and court records.
A Clark County grand jury indicted him on nine counts of kidnapping and seven counts of rape.
As part of the deal, McMullen is pleading guilty. The specifics of the deal have not been outlined.
The first rape occurred May 6 when a 27-year-old Bellefontaine woman told police she was kidnapped at or near High and Race streets between 1 and 6 a. M.
Later that same month, a 27-year-old Lima woman told investigators she was walking in the area of Selma Road and East Street between 1 and 1:30 a. M. May 16 when she was working as a prostitute, according to court records. A man then pulled up next to her in a car, asked her to get in and how much it would cost for sex.
She agreed and he drove to an alley behind a store in the 1500 block of East Main Street and, when she told him he had to pay first, he pulled out a kitchen knife and forced her to have sex. She identified McMullen as the suspect from a photo line-up, according to court records.
On Oct. 23, a 23-year-old Springfield woman said she was walking on South Yellow Springs Street near West High Street about 1:10 a. M. When a man pulled up to the curb in a van, got out, grabbed her and forced her into the van, according to a police report.
The man then drove to an alley near the 1600 block of East Main Street, placed a knife to her throat and forced her to have sex, according to the police report.
The woman identified McMullen as the suspect from a police line-up, according to court records.
He was arrested Oct. 24.
According to court records, McMullen has past convictions of felonious assault, aggravated assault and aggravated robbery, has served multiple prison terms and is on parole for aggravated robbery.

MotoYes there is a vaccine for it. However, you must get it before a certain age. Not sure what the age is but I know it pretty young. Teens or early twenties I believe. The article mentions that Dayton Police arrested 8 men using backpage. Police posted a fake ad on the site offering "fun" and showing faceless photos of a women. A female undercover officer answers the call and instructs the men to meet her at an apartment in Dayton. They got arrested after offering money in exchange for sex.
Have fun, but definitely be careful if arranging a meet in Dayton city limits!

ThanksI wouldn't completely rule it out, but I'd say it's highly unlikely that LE would conduct sting operations at a monger's private residence or hotel room. They would be very hesitant to send an undercover female officer acting as a decoy to a place where they aren't already in the home / room and don't have the upper hand. This is one of the reasons why I'm hesitant to see providers who advertise as incall only. I need to see at least five positive reviews from credible mongers before I'll take the plunge.

Scary. The guy is arrested on Felony 4 promoting prostitution (plus possessing criminal tool). If that's true, then shouldn't all the misdemeanor prostitution arrests be upgraded to felony charges? I just don't see that in any of the prostitute court records that I have looked at. And as far as I know, convicted prostitutes are given an HIV test.

I guess it depends on what the real intent of this sting was. Was this lady targeted by LE because of her BP ad or was the guy being set up?

First thing that comes to my mind is the fact that I'm pretty sure this is the only site she advertises on. Meaning the cops are on this site, possibly with a screen name. She does advertise on other sites as has been mentioned. I would venture to guess that her arrest is simply a violation of her parole due to not keeping her scheduled PO visits. I know that while she is very professional with us she is less professional with "the system". She still hasn't learned that you can't just blow them off and ignore your obligations to attend PO appts. When I ran into her out in public a few days before her arrest I know she was very nervous about her PO seeing her. But before jumping to conclusions about her having a "long rap sheet" be aware that only two charges show up for her from back in 2011. And if you know a bit of her personal story you will understand the circumstances and why she can maintain the professional standards that we all enjoy. I hope she isn't in too much trouble and is able to get her feet back under her quickly. I think she is a sweetheart and sets a standard in the hobby that other providers could benefit from trying to emulate. She has a knack for making each guy she sees feel like he is very special to her and almost like you are her only favorite. We all know that can't be true. But it sure feels good when you are with her to think that way. Here's hoping she is ok and out soon. Play safe and be careful.

I remember the provider from Dayton was unfortunately attending. Back then, someone sent me a PDF copy of the arrest report(s). The charges at the time were mostly soliciting and two promoting prostitution charges. Condoms, lubricants, cell phones, some marijuana, and cash were confiscated. Now, it looks like the grand jury has indicted them and added the engaging in corrupt activity and money laundering charges. It's not real clear if these are federal charges, but the news report mentions that they operated across state lines.
As of this posting, the "Virtual Brothel" is still operational.
The sight is still operational and criminal tools were taken. The news report is a week old.

I don't know that the harem can be held responsible but they absolutely need to rethink their security. To think these young girls were taken in plain sight and later found dead is a major concern.

A good legal team would beat promoting prostitution, probably getting it reduced to a disorderly conduct charge if no priors are involved.

The problem is that many of the girls arrested often bond out of jail and don't show up to court, where the HIV test is a condition of probation. If they did, we would know true numbers. As far as I can tell, there are only two known ones. Vickie, and Tiffany.

Thoughts?Just as you said; Uncle LEO is our archnemesis, and need to stop putting their resources into curbing this victimless "crime" that we call our hobby; when there are much worse things going on in this mean little town. But these HIV+ skanks deserve to be taught a lesson, and locked up for a long time. My only thoughts as to why they keep smacking them on the wrist and putting them back out on the streets to infect others is to generate fear. I think that by making it known to the public that there are HIV+ providers out there, they hope that it'll act as a deterrent.

Wow, this guy must have been a really dangerous criminal. Another great job by DPD of wasting resources.

1. Are you anyway affiliated with law enforcement.
2. Are you independent or do you have a pimp.
3. What area are you located in.
4. Are you working out of your home or a hotel.
5. Have you been busy today.
The main reason I ask question #5 is because if there is a lot of traffic coming and going you may want to look else where. Whether she tells the truth who knows.
When you arrive at the hotel:
1. Make sure you get there early to check out the scene.
2. Always park in the back.
3. Call the provider and let her know you have arrived.
Some providers will actually come and meet you. If a provider ask you for a pic or what are you driving, this is likely some type of trap, just hang up the damn phone and move forward. You are the one asking the questions. Next time you do a hotel stay keep your hotel room key an put it in your monger bag, this is a decoy for when you are visiting a provider. Hotel management will think you are a staying there.
