Going some months back, when she was very new, she didn't do FS on a first date. That sounds like it's changed, so that's good. And I could see where she is appealing enough and in a good enough area that she'd be very appealing to a lot of guys on here. For whatever reason, even beyond the lack of FS, she wasn't my type, so it was a definite YMMV situation.

I used your service with mixed results back in the late 1990s / early 2000s. About half of the time, the lady sent to me would (per D-Nut's description) read me the RICO act and pretend to be offended. On the other occasions, I did have a decent time, but it was *very* expensive for what I got. I always felt like I was rolling the dice, which I was.
This was circa 1999, before the Internet-based indy scene got going. I will admit that your service was probably the best option available in the Cincinnati area at the time. I also used to use Cincy Seductions and 247 Dancers, who offered more or less the same service as Best Shows: You had to pay a fee for the girl to show up, and then try to bargain for expensive "extras." Once again, the customer had to roll the dice. The customer was completely disappointed about half of the time.
The market (and the economy) have changed since then. It is now possible to find attractive FS independent providers for about what you charge as an agency fee. In 2012 customers expect flat-rate pricing, and they want a sure thing.
Also, your ladies used to be a lot more attractive. I have looked at your current lineup, and you don't have anyone who I would describe as a real stunner. About half of them are overweight.
My point being this: If you are going to thrive in the current market as a middleman, then you need to offer flat-rate pricing and women who are a cut above the ones that customers can find on the indy scene. I appreciate your willingness to openly engage your customer base. I would like to offer a bit of (hopefully) constructive feedback.
I used your service with mixed results back in the late 1990s / early 2000s. About half of the time, the lady sent to me would (per D-Nut's description) read me the RICO act and pretend to be offended. On the other occasions, I did have a decent time, but it was *very* expensive for what I got. I always felt like I was rolling the dice, which I was.
This was circa 1999, before the Internet-based indy scene got going. I will admit that your service was probably the best option available in the Cincinnati area at the time. I also used to use Cincy Seductions and 247 Dancers, who offered more or less the same service as Best Shows: You had to pay a fee for the girl to show up, and then try to bargain for expensive "extras." Once again, the customer had to roll the dice. The customer was completely disappointed about half of the time.
The market (and the economy) have changed since then. It is now possible to find attractive FS independent providers for about what you charge as an agency fee. In 2012 customers expect flat-rate pricing, and they want a sure thing.
Also, your ladies used to be a lot more attractive. I have looked at your current lineup, and you don't have anyone who I would describe as a real stunner. About half of them are overweight.
My point being this: If you are going to thrive in the current market as a middleman, then you need to offer flat-rate pricing and women who are a cut above the ones that customers can find on the indy scene. For example, check out Fantasy escorts:

Looking at the marketing blurb on the BestShows site, your pitch seems to be,"You guys can't trust independent providers, so you should come to me for overpriced inner city women with large booties." Anyone who does a bit of research knows that this is not the case. To be sure, there are rip-offs on BP, but there are also many trustworthy local independent ladies, like those found on this site.
To put this in outline form, I would make the following suggestion to BestShows (or anyone who wanted to start an agency) :
(1.) Don't insult your customers' intelligence: You will score no points with old pics, marketing-through-fear tactics, and similar ploys. In 1999, research was difficult to come by. Now anyone can find vetted reviews on any number of sites.
(2.) Offer something better / different: I realize that not every guy on here shares my exclusive preference for providers who are young, attractive, and slender. Some guys don't mind providers who are older / heavier. However, there are already *plenty* of older / heavier women on the indy market. We don't need an agency like Best Shows to give the hobbyists of Cincinnati one more overweight or middle-aged provider.
If I were running an agency, I would focus on bringing to market what is more rare on the indy scene: the young, the attractive, the stunning. As a middleman, you won't make money on overweight and older providers. There is simply too much competition in those niches among the indies.
(3.) Keep it simple and straightforward: The whole "stripper agency" guise used by Best Shows / Cincy Seductions, etc. Is obsolete. Too many of us have been burned by these arrangements in the past, by women who use the stripper label as a pretext to cash-and-dash. No one (except an extreme newbie) is willing to run that risk anymore.
Once again, Gary, I don't mean to be harsh. I was a frequent flyer with you ten years ago and would like to do business with you again.

Thanks for your suggestions, I will get to work on some of them right away. Things take time though. Tia pic is a placeholder in other cities on the Bestshows website. I think some of her pics are new and some are old. I think a company such as ours still has a place, Why? Most of the people on this board are really wise to most of the scams run by girls, but I assure you that most of the public is not. I get calls everyday from guys that have been ripped off from independent girls and the girls that work for the two companies coming out of the East side. First of all, I would have never told the officer that I had 'dropped off money'. The easiest thing to do is to say that you had stopped by to look at a TV, camera, video game system, stereo, etc, that someone was selling on craigslist. You have a phone number and address, just may not have an actual 'for sale' posting to show on craigslist. If the officer then asks for it, pretend to look, and say 'oh, they must have just taken it down because I was coming to look at it'. Then you can either say you didn't want the item, the item was priced too high, or that you will be coming back tomorrow with a truck to move it.
Don't show weakness or be nervous or uncooperative-it just reflects guilt in the eyes of LEO.
If they make threats about sending letters or whatnot to your wife, just laugh it off and say, 'my wife would love it if I had a piece on the side so she wouldn't have to do me anymore. '
All it takes is a little $$$ and a good lawyer to make something as trivial as a misdemeanor first offense charge to go away.

Also found out a lot of drug activity occurred at that house and the provider herself had serious issues with it. I got one of these letters from Dayton police, and I wasn't mongering.
I was driving down fifth street to my dentist, and I turned onto a side street to answer my phone.
A woman came around the corner grabbed a brick and threw it at my window.
I drove off to a safe distance, turned around and considered what to do.
I wasn't hurt and I couldn't see any up side to me waiting around to report a crazy woman to the police, so I left.
