Both places are reasonably priced, each charge $58 for one hour if my memory is correct.

Asian Remedy is one of my ATF, and fail-safe option. Until the recent reviews. I must have been there like 20 times, and disappointed with the service only 3-4 times. Glad that there is some hope for the shop still.
My first, and quite good AMP was Eden on SW cary. But one bad experience, first ripoff, left me avoiding that place, and the place eventually closed (I think). I have tried multiple AMPs in Cary, and Asian Remedy had better consistency, and right services at right price.I also had a bad experience at Eden. Not once but twice and with two different girls. Eden was super busy at one time and they had a mixture of young girls and mature ladies working together. The store manager must have been more concerned about volume then quality and some girl's attitudes soured when a few girls were clearly more popular than the others. Eden got so bad that the girls would lie on the phone and say whoever you was looking for was available when really she was not. When you arrived and ask for that girl you was given a substitute not to your liking.
If a girl is overweight, doesn't speak English, is mechanical, not personable or appears she doesn't have good hygiene well she shouldn't be surprised if she passed for another girl. But guess what? My girlfriend had to help run one of her friends stores in South Carolina while her friend went back to China for a few weeks for a family illness. There are many places in NY one hour massage is $25 and they are making cash left and right. I was in San Gabriel CA a few years ago I found one hour massage $25 on every corner and just about all the girls looked less than 30 years old why so young at such a cheep price? Because they were busy from the time they opened till the time they closed. The FS places were waaay cheaper than around here, fuck her brains out for $20 door fee $80 tip and there were even cheaper places. Mark my word somebody is going to start picking Microsoft and Apple's pocket one day. The IPhone already has competition breathing down their neck from China and others. Just for context, I hit numi spa when it was first open and got the standard handshake. Well, I guess I was due for a bomb and it happened today. Sweet, no English gal (tina) that wanted to please, but had no skill set. Not a good massage, no tease at all, and definitely no handshake.

Negotiated down and when she saw how my $ I had in my pocket she tried to grab more. Mediocre finish, no real teasing. After I just dressed and left. She obviously knew I wasn't pleased and kept trying to make it up. I told her, nope I don't want anything. No hugs, no kisses, no water, no candy. Just leave me alone and I'll make sure to tell my friends how you treat the clients. Good luck lady.

(seriously no offense intended to any Asian person reading this) It just doesn't meet the standard AAMP profile ad, short sweet with sexy pictures with the words Grand Opening. And I don't know too many Asians that give advance notice that they are going to open that's a little strange. But that's not to say that it is not a new place and a legit ad. Whenever I check out a new place, I go in with 100% recon mindset NOT to bust a nut. I consider the door fee a loss and I tip the minimum. I get the minimum time they sell hopefully 30 minutes, and I just lay there and see what happens and pay close attention if I am asked certain questions. I don't touch a thing On her I let her direct the show, HOWEVER if she starts dropping fun touching hints I'll reply a little until we have confirmed with each other what the deal is. If I'm asked "what do I want" I never ask for sexual service. I reply "what do you offer". I let her make the offer and name the price!. I'm sure this is a AAMP ad, is it legit? Probably BUT this apartment environment is a perfect sting environment. No need to be paranoid but in an apartment for the first time and based on this professional worded ad with advance notice of their opening, I personally would be at least cautious. Who knows may turn out to be a great go to place let's hope so. But it will take a few TOFTT to confirm.

I found it odd that there was an unusually long time for her to come to the room (not realizing it was a strategy session) and the door was kept open during the massage and the knees-on-back technique kept me from looking to my right as I thought someone came in the room during the massage and I tried to turn my head. When it was time to turn over, I noticed that my foldable wallet was no longer in my pants (hanging near the door) pocket but resting on the fold with half in the pocket and half out. Can't say how much was taken as I am inexperienced and don't keep track of how much I start with. I know. Not smart in this regard. Call it tuition. Didn't say anything and have not been back.

I leave the money on the table for the tip. They never even look at it or count it but she knows its there. Went to 37 as some of you were talking about it. I was greeted by a lady in 40's or early 50's about 6 in looks. Very tiny hands so the massage was below average. She was just running her hands on my back randomly. After 5 minutes I was bombarded with all personal questions. Well, Massage was not going well, thought talking may cheer her up and may be menu MAY open up. But no luck there. So after about 20 minutes, I asked her that I am going to flip as my back started burning. As soon as I flipped she told me 60 tip, I have already paid 70 entry and 20 minutes I am flipped. I thought with this service I am not going to go for it. So I refused and she started rubbing with good intentions and gave me offer at 40 which I was ok with. Quick mechanical finish. No water or anything I walked out.
After that I thought, If everyone got good service, maybe I got the wrong girl. A friend of mine asked me a place and I suggested and also shared my story. He went there to try his luck but the results were same as me.
Also, a fellow member has reviewed a provider on The Other site in Carolinas section of Durham provider. We texted and made there next day. The whole story was bogus and she told me that she will not do anything on the first visit and no touching allowed, plus full clothed. I asked her how many visits she needs to feel comfortable and I was told MAYBE 5 to 6 visits with a twisted face. I asked her what's the price and she told me 180. I told her good luck and walked out of her place.
So my thoughts are how come you guys really liked this place? Are we bringing our satisfaction standards down due to a shortage of locations? Our expectations have decreased.

I've read over a few years period that VIP turn down one guy because he looked like a cop according to him (what does a cop look like?) Another black guy said he was turned away he felt because he was black guess he didn't look like a cop. I'm not sure if any of this meant they were being really selective, over cautious or prejudice or all 3 because there didn't seam to be an on going pattern there with other customers based on no one posting further complaints. You May be just have had bad luck of the draw, wish I had some of that youth problem.

Had an awesome therapeutic massage at sunrise recently (0015 on JJ's list posted in the Raleigh user blog area). Highly recommended for when you are in need of an asian massage to repair your back. All of that being said, my neck doesn't feel much better. I forgot to verify, but the table felt like 2 x4's and plywood though mostly comfortable.
Still searching for that pot o' gold where therapeutic meets sensual. Have fun and be safe.

In their defence, while other rub and tug places have closed but not VIP. They have longevity because Mamasan is cautious. If you are ever in WS thy Regiman Spa, service is OK with HE. Damage usually $.The neighborhood is absolutely fine! $70 for an hour + tip. I would recommend if you're not looking for extras (though YMMV).
If you go back to the Raleigh page go halfway down to the user blog section. Find JJ's list and look for the last post from Jimjim to find the list of AMPs with rating codes if you're into extras.
Then check the last month of reviews here to see what may have closed since JJ's last update.

It's not because you look young. Several others over the years have also been turned away. In their defence, while other rub and tug places have closed but not VIP. They have longevity because Mamasan is cautious. Even when people get in the door on their visit they shouldn't except anything more than the standard finish. Now IMO some past girls were not comfortable with certain races so Mamasan turned away some to respect the girl's choice. My advice is don't give up! Try not shaving for a few days but still have a clean appearance and don't look serious just be yourself and smile.Thanks for the advice everyone. I found it odd that there was an unusually long time for her to come to the room (not realizing it was a strategy session) and the door was kept open during the massage and the knees-on-back technique kept me from looking to my right as I thought someone came in the room during the massage and I tried to turn my head. When it was time to turn over, I noticed that my foldable wallet was no longer in my pants (hanging near the door) pocket but resting on the fold with half in the pocket and half out. Can't say how much was taken as I am inexperienced and don't keep track of how much I start with. I know. Not smart in this regard. Call it tuition. Didn't say anything and have not been back.It's likely nothing was taken but they were checking to see how much you had. Its happened to me where someone went into my wallet while I was in the TS and I always know how much I go in with. Since then the wallet (and I'd) stay in the car and I just take in my cash.

1st time poster so bear with me. I'm posting so I will eventually be able to get responses to my occasional questions about particular providers- fair is fair. I rode by the place and saw it was an older remolded house with a two story detached shop. There is a medium sized ying / yang sign out in the yard. The parking is exposed to the street so if you have a memorable vehicle it can be seen by anyone driving past. I called the number and spoke to a man with a slight accent. He gave standard rates HH. 5 & HR. 7, we set a time. A few minutes later he called back and asked to change the time a little, I agreed. Arrived a few minutes early, knocked on door, lady answered eventually. Could see at least two rooms set up from where I waited. I could tell by the sandals at each door. The house has been remodeled and was clean. The lady appeared to be middle aged but I'm never sure, with a slim Asian build but a nicer butt than I'm used to seeing. Table was a standard AMP plywood table with sheets and minimal padding but she did spread a clean bath towel out on top. Offered a shower but I declined. Massage was decent not spectacular. She used her knees and legs alot which to me is a sign that her shoulders and back were tired. Very light touch random teasing till I responded a little then a bit more deliberate. Flipped, standard minimal negotiations for a first visit, left happy. I could tell this wasn't her first time and was good enough so that I will return to see what's on the menu over time.
I did not see anyone else while I was there but I got the impression someone was at the other end of the house. My normal place is Nana on hwy 42. So far Nana is better but I like to give new places a chance.

So back to the room immediately she tells me only massage new management I'm like (WTF) again!. So as normal I say no oil no lotion and she breaks out some old sheet which I've seen other places before and hate. So I complained about the sheet to no avail. I was needing a little stress relief the other night so I stopped by #40. First time I had been at this location. I was impressed on the cleanliness. I could tell that the sheet covering the table was freshly cleaned as well as the towels. My attended was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy a strong massage which she was able to provide. I got a little more than my full hour. Over all the experience was great. I would highly recommend and will defiantly be returning for future visits.

But to my surprise they have out lasted some of the stores that were raking in the customers such as WestGate, ATSU in Cary and all the stores on busy Capitol Blvd. Etc. I've got to hand it to them Apple has been consistent. The benefit for us when these stores have slow days which they all do now is they are eager to make that tip money AND they have nothing else to do but sit and wait for customers. So to stay busy they are constantly cleaning the store. And since they don't have customer after customer they change the sheets after each visit which is the way it should be. I can attest that #45 is open. I stopped by today to get a hh. 5. I thought I try it out to see what it is like. The middle age women that greeted me at the door spoke good English and was attractive in my opinion. Heck I am a sucker for a nice rack. Anyway the massage stated like normal toward the time to flip there was some teasing which I told her I liked and she kept on. I finally got to a point that I needed to flip and told her so. Like I said she was nice and I left happy and otc roaming was allowed after I asked, standard tip was giving. Hot towel treatment, water, and a hug before leaving. Great first visit. Place looked clean and inviting. Thin walls so you can hear others. Clean sheets as far as I can tell.

Change.I drove by the new place but didn't stop. I think a massage business that operates in its own building has a better chance to remain open than those in a strip mall. Complaints from other nearby business owners is a massage business killer.
Speaking of Nana they are reliable and the only good option for an Asian massage in Johnston County. They have three women working and I've seen two of them. The massage was good, no hassle and standard finish.

In a 110-5 vote Wednesday, members backed legislation requiring massage and bodywork therapy establishments to be licensed. The law now requires only that massage therapists be licensed. It would cost $20 to apply for a license and there would initial license and renewal fees.
Bill sponsor Randolph County Republican Rep. Allen McNeill says the legislation is meant to allow the state regulate the parlors, which are sometimes used as a front for prostitution and illegal sexual activities.
The measure needs one more House vote before going to the Senate, where a competing proposal also would increase the punishment for violating human trafficking laws and spread awareness about the forced sex trade.

I wanted to make a request the next time JJ list is updated. My recommendation is we add the AAMPs to the list as well. The JJ list is useful to us mongers because it protects our interests to a decent degree. From small things like which places give a good service, which places reuse unclean bedsheets to what AMPs are safe for us mongers to visit. Nobody wants to go to an AMP / AAMP and get mugged or robbed, or none won't want to go to a AMP where there is a STING operation in place even if nothing illegal is requested.
The fact that we allow AAMPs to be not documented and fly under the radar can be a risk for us if we decide to go there. So I recommend that we add them to the list, but one thing we could do is add them to the list with phone number without necessarily adding the exact location. I think this will protect our safety, and that might give them (AAMP) more business as well if we feel it is safe to go there.

I can attest that #45 is open. I stopped by today to get a hh. 5. I thought I try it out to see what it is like. I have gotten great info from all of you in many PMs. As horney as I am I could not give a rating to the 50 plus AMPs without all your help espesially from the many senior members who PM me. Believe me I have gotten more out of the effort than I put in with some very nice times and an early heads up on where to go for the best time. I have met some girls I will never forget and still keep in touch with them, even as they have moved to different parts of the country. Went to the foot place in k-dale. Low expectations for extras given previous reviews, etc but my foot was bothering me so I took the 60 min table massage and 10 min foot deal currently on BP. I made my 2nd visit (see previous post) to Ying-Yang, the newer place on Simpkins Road. Called, made the appointment and arrived a few minutes early as usual. That said, to your piont with all the changes with stores it is definitely best to call first and ask if they offer a Table Shower if yes my next question would be is it free? Just a few thoughts, IMO a Table Shower is obviously to get you clean before the massage which most girls would prefer you do and who knows could lead to a better HE, they hate smelling body odor on a customer especially ass sweat and foot odor. I called, we scheduled an hour at a particular time, and she sent me the address. But when I looked it up on my PC, it pointed me to a different hotel than the one she was in (same chain, different location). Bottom line, I ended up at the wrong place, and by the time I sorted it out and got to the right one, I was 15 minutes late. She was a little ticked that I apparently couldn't use GPS, but it didn't affect the session. The session was a bit rushed, but I expected that. After all, I'd been late, and I fully expected her to give me the time slot we'd agreed to, not 60 minutes after I finally showed up.
But when the session ended, she said, "Since you were 15 minutes late, I only charged you my 45 minute rate. I put $20 on the table by your clothes. " It took me several minutes to actually process what she'd just said. I've had providers short me on time before, but do you think any of them offered to give me a refund? And this had been MY fault. (To my embarrassment, I was halfway home before I did a face-palm and said 'Why the hell didn't I leave her the money?)
With all the scuzzy, drug-addicted, rip-off providers out there these days, it's so refreshing to deal with one who truly has integrity.

Well I had my 3rd visit to Ying / Yang. It was hard to schedule this time, no one was answering the phone and the voice mail box was full. The lady was Asian but not the typical body stereotype I'm used to. For lack of a better description, I'd say she was "stocky" and looked to be in her mid 30's. The massage was good, decent pressure but not too hard with a little teasing near the end. On the flip, it was standard AMP service but money was never brought up. I was happy so I tipped accordingly and she seemed satisfied.
So in 3 visits to Ying / Yang I've had 3 different women, 3 different levels of massage skills and 3 very different experiences on the flip. I still like the house environment better than the strip mall, so I think I will return.
Since it was a holiday, which meant a long weekend, I swung by Nana on 42. This place has been my go to spot for a few years now and I'm sure they would consider me a regular customer. I think I tip reasonably and they have always hugged me and told me to come back soon but this time the lady asked for "more money". I pay. 7 for the hour massage, and then tip. 8 . I told her no that I didn't have anymore with me. Did the dream of a happy ending while holding a little bare skin suddenly go up? Which one of you is raising the bar without warning us?
