I am guessing the car that was supposedly being jumped was parked in the far left spot in front of her condo. When I arrived to meet her in Feb I inquired about it out of concern someone was with her inside the condo. She replied that it was her broke down car, and when I looked closer could tell it had been sitting quite awhile.
You mentioned in a follow up post you wouldn't know why anyone would have reason to hire a PI to follow you. If that is the case then it would seem someone is keeping tabs on these two ladies, and maybe others as well. Brainstorming who you saw nosing about:
PI hired by area counties to keep tabs on those in substance abuse programs or on probation and known to be paying for one illegal habit by earning via another?
PI hired by property owner getting complaints of revolving door at these locations? I seem to remember the popular middle age chick in Greensboro Kim getting busted this way several years ago.
Former client who has taken to obsessive stalking under the guise of white knighting / saving them from the life?
If you are certain the guy you saw in Chapel Hill was the same as the one in Raleigh, then there is a common thread between the two chicks in there somewhere.
