But, more importantly, if it ever got out into the media that they did that sort of thing, backlash would be severe. My point is that Facebook has it's limits. Sure, it can be added as a tool. There are plenty of people that put way too much information on there than they should. Before I type words that come out of my ass, I tried an experiment to verify my suspicions. I entered my real phone number into facebook. It did not find me. I have had that number for many years. The services that I mentioned can easily find me.
I only use facebook with an account where I used a fake name and email address. That lets me look at facebook profiles of other people.
