If there are no reviews of her on any of these boards, there is more risk. I would definitely not recommend texting about prices and services with a girl who has no reviews by known mongers here. Met a former cheerleader from Wilmington. Of course, most were looking for "help with bills". Over the years I have ran numerous ads on CL. As most on here have said, its not that productive, but if you have the patience to wade through all the BS, fakes, and scams, there are some gems to be had. I am usually pretty picky and careful about who I choose to see. As far as the fakes, I prefer to chat with anyone that might sound legit, and I firmly believe if you give the thieves / fakes enough rope they will eventually hang themselves. However, there are some hotties out there that will answer ads. I once met a Hooter gal, a former college cheerleader, and several college co-eds. Just be very careful, and by all means think with the big head.

Men posing as women, stolen or false pictures, etc. When something is free and there's no verification process the scammers flock to it because it gives them an outlet for their twisted minds. Has anyone ever contacted anyone from Craigslist and after a few emails, they send you one with a link to verify who you are with a credit card? Sorry but I don't just put my credit / debit card number in websites especially when I am doing this.I have contacted many many Craigslist advertisers. It turned out to be dozens (hundreds?) of fakes and a handful of real women. The most common is phishing for your email or phone number. The worst is a request to "verify yourself" on a paid web site. One sure tipoff is HaHa anywhere in their reply.

Didn't really care for roaming, which I like to do. Stays fully dressed the whole time. For every scammer or liar on BP there must be 10 on CL. Men posing as women, stolen or false pictures, etc. When something is free and there's no verification process the scammers flock to it because it gives them an outlet for their twisted minds. I use a junk email that I setup for this sort of thing. I never use my real email address. When I reply I say "tell me what city you are in" or "put the word candle in your reply so I know you're not a bot". And guess what? There is never a real person behind the reply.
