If you're picking up street walkers, then yes, definitely (maybe she was picked up for that before? Cops by and large are not looking to snoop on people's private business behind closed doors. As far as Shannon specifically, I've never seen that she was busted for prostitution. I saw her a while ago (and had a great time BTW) and she's very straightforward and honest about her life.
