Even us seasoned hobbyists are not beyond making rookie mistakes, when we let the little head do our thinking. I have had no real problems in many years of enjoying this hobby and that too may have contributed to my poor judgement, which led to the situation described below that could've ended much worse than it did.
My hobby funds have been scarce lately, so I found myself scrolling through BP ads this morning looking for something "blonde and young".
