However, getting shorted 1/2 hr is beyond what I would accept. You should expect to eat the 5 minutes you were late maybe, but I'd be pissed if it was that much time and service being shorted. At the least, if there was someone else coming, she could have given you a heads up at the beginning of the appointment that it would be shorter than what she posted. I'd guess there was nobody coming, but it's not really the point. And getting an apology only after posting about it is pretty meaningless too, if she really was sorry I'd think she'd PM you and offer to make it up. Consider it a lesson learned, if there is a reviewed provider you want to see more than once, don't start on a discount, you'll do better on a discount as a returning client. And thanks for giving us a heads up about this.
